Very nice interview. Very organized shopping list

8'S, AND ONLY 100 MPH, DON'T THINK YOU GUYS HAVE ANY SPEED SECRETS... GREAT VIDEO.
Awesome and serious upgrades for 100mph pass. Thanks for sharing that Beauty. 👍🏽💯
You're welcome. I learned a lot too.
Wow, that's beautiful! Nice work on that.
It is so clean and dialed. And it's his first effort.
Fantastic interview 🙏
That Felony is a sweet looking car. I'm seriously contemplating getting one and modding it for an all-day 100mph basher.
Hot damn! Beautiful, just beautiful machine! 🔥🔥🔥
nice to see your son back on the channel. hahahaha. Neil is amazing with rc stuff. Have a good one.
I am not your father Luke.
This is extreme overkill. I love it.
This was so awesome thank you
Awesome video just the info I needed!
Glad it was helpful!
I'm just now getting into RC the felony is my first I haven't quite learned everything but for now the felony is fast enough for me eventually I'm going to go bigger and faster once I learned everything I need to know about RC and it seems like you guys know what your doing so I will be flowing your CZcams channel thanks for the video
TOTALLY AMAZING 👍 THANKS FOR POSTING TAKE CARE 🇬🇧💂🇺🇸🗽♥️💯👍
Damn u have this car maxed out!! Sweet!!
"100mph basher, huh?" I felt that lol
It is an enigma.
Love the content. What did you used to insulate the motor wires? Great video brother! 💯
It's braided wire/cord sleeving - available in many colours and gauges cheaply at any electronics store or Amazon.
I’m throwing that same motor in my Mojave. Nice rig guys.
Nice 😊
Good to see Neil with you again. BTW, I met a barc member at Bean Hollow last and he showed me Neil's sliders for the Cliffhanger. How do I get ahold of Neil to order some. Thanks in advance!

Nice vid! If you can, please link the tune at the end! 👍
Thanks again for the vid Francis and Neil, I did want to ask if Neil changed the massive negative camber the Felony comes with out of the box and indeed any wheel alignment settings?
Cheers
Use a right angle to square up the wheels on a flat surface
Smart man sources his own server fans instead of paying 300% rc markup
Mine just got delivered earlier in the week,Just waiting on my batteries. Don't think I'll modify it much though. 80+ Mph is plenty for me. Funny going from an X-Maxx 8s, to a crawler build to a Felony. Surely this is the natural progression of most in the hobby hahahaha
Awesome build and love how slow it can go. I'd order the titanium skid plates but shipping from the UK to Australia is super slow atm.
Cheers for the vid, can't wait to see it hit 100+mph on video!!
Th titanium skid plates are so cool!!!! Big sparks i hear.
Funny enough I did basically the same since getting back into the hobby a little over a year ago. First an X-Maxx, then a TRX4 kit, now I'm working on an infraction. It will have the MMX8S/1520 combo though. Maybe next a UDR.
I'm building a felony same set up what spool do u use or is it stock I have almost everything I need to start except center drive well I have stock. Thanks for ur time I appreciate it!
I am converting an enduro Sendero to a 6x6, would you be interested in seeing it when it’s done?
Neill is a handsome dude and got the nicest toys around :)
Can any recommendations on buying the spur and pinion gears that are in this car? Or even a company that has that size gears
Good technology
That's fast
Where in San Jose you can do speed run 100+ mph??
With the blower on the hood, it almost looks like Mad Max's Pursuit Special.
It's the ducks guts!
What are you gauging MPH in first 30 seconds of video? The one on the bench
Is there a good speed run location in or near San Jose?
I was thinking that's easily a $2000 car. The RTR rig & CASTLE system all on it's own is gonna be $1100 *without the SCORCHED PARTS upgrades* but damn to be able to make consistent 100mph passes or drift all day without any overheating I bet it's worth EVERY PENNY! 😄🙌🏽❤
Rrrrright?
I bought a felony 6s and I bought 22.2 v 6000 mah lipo 6s batteries I wonder if I can put them on without any problem it would help me a lot if you answer me
Didn’t have any problems, I use 2 6800 mah lipo 3s.
which antispark plugs are those?
Use an auxiliary switch to turn fans off and on by remote
Not sure how correct he was pertaining to aerodynamics. It's had several write up's about the extra work designing the body/skirts so they were practical and aesthetically pleasing.
Good video. Btw you don’t need fans on that 1100kv motor it always runs cool especially at your gearing. If you get rid of the fans you’ll save on weight
Thank you for the advice. Yeah the builder was just extra cautious and he said yes the motors run ice cold.
@@RCReviewChannel no problem glad I could help
I feel ya man. But that gyro will save your butt when one of those tires blowout. Trust me🏎🏁 You get over 120mph you'd better have a gyro imo lol
I did mods to my Felony, but the Felony out the box don't really need no mod. RTR 80-100+ MPH.
80 mph at best with gearing that's not very useful and overheats the motor asap.
Still a very good vehicle though
Классная машинка
That xlx2 and 1100kv 2028 will do 140+ if geared higher. Nice build, only prob with the fast cars is finding flat straight roads with no traffic lol
Wow, wow, wow. Thank you for at info. Probably will need a more aerodynamic body for it too.
Yea a new body and stiffen the rear shocks and lower the front a arm droop screws to rake the car and make the front just off the ground with the rear higher. If not, it’ll catch air and turn into an airplane at around 105mph. Don’t ask me how I know :)
it will actually do over 170
Very fast. I'm slow 🐌 and chill.
You could have gotten the infraction and changed the rear differential and ran the staggered wheels still.
Witam gdzie błotniki można kupić do arrmy felony
I’m only 45 mins away from u- let’s meet up and crawl!
How does he keep the wheels from wobbling?
They have to be balanced. He knows someone with a lathe
I love my felony super fun to play but I need to buy part shares of dboots lol I'm lucky to get 3 4 packs a set 4 is lucky 3 is cutting it
Faster than the exwife can empty a bank account
There's the actual price and the declared price.
That is one nasty piece of work.
$2K seems low or just for the deposit.
Every bolt and every solder is dialed in with precision.
How much did it cost you?
Thanos: an Arrma naleg
😁
lolololol
How modest…….. my guy says “100mph” when he knows very well, that thing can hit well over 150…..I honestly think he’s traumatized after recking it at 91 mph. It happens to the best of us. I guess you need to be insane to send it.
Still learning on how to handle the car at high speeds!
The problem is too is finding a venue (road and area) that's safe at these speeds. Can't really see the car pretty quickly as it passes by.
@@RCReviewChannel IT needs a tall ladder, to do speed runs, to see higher up on the road, for better for large area to get smooth passes, and better viewing on video with camera stand, it helps to have good looks and range for 200 yards for speed-run.
@@glennjthompson332 Ladder? In the US they have Pickup Trucks my Friend :)
@@glennjthompson332 Ladder is a good idea. Ladder on top of the truck!
What happened you sell out to Arrma?
I get it’s Rc review but where did all this come from all of the sudden?
Bring the crawlers back! 🥺
We have some Traxxas coming!!!!
We just have to pursue the interesting new cars and new content. It's not easy. But we make it fun.
Im not a fan of the hoons tires they are to hard they dont get good grip even after heating them up im looking for a better brand make tire that gets better grip i also took my spoiler off i can drift without ebrake no need for it just remove front driveline
how in the world are you figuring that at 20 hp?
I'm sure he knows the max wattage from data logs. From there it's about 746 watts = 1 HP
Castle link program has hp data
@@neilmandude I have worked in heavy industry my entire adult life around a lot of large electric motors, when you get up into the 20 horsepower range the motor shafts are typically around 3/4 in diameter or bigger, because they would snap under the power if they were smaller. Not to mention a 20 horsepower industrial motor weighs around the 200 ish pound mark, but this motor that literally fits in the palm of your hand is supposed to somehow have the same power? How in the world can you put 20 horsepower through that tiny motor shaft, not to mention if this thing really had 20 horsepower that would be five horsepower per tire, I can't see how any part of the drivetrain would hold up to that, my Ford 8N tractor only has 28 horsepower., I would like to see some real horsepower numbers, not just saying this many watts equals this much horsepower. Horsepower needs to be measured at the wheels or at the very least the motor shaft.
There 700 brand new
I hit 100 in mine and only spent $50
so much money in an underperformer. 100mph can be reached with a fraction of the money easily
Get traxxas xo-1 100mph out of the box
