The person in the shinobu clip is not actually shinobu’s voice actress, it’s probably some fan. The real voice actress is Saori Hayami (I know cause she’s my fav seiyuu). She has also played Yor Forger from Spy x Family, Falin from Delicious in Dungeon and Yumeko Jabami from Kakegurui.
