  • In this video i will share how to cook Batangas style pork spare ribs Kaldereta. It is a filipino version of pork spare ribs stew. Using pork spare ribs as main ingredients combined with potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce, and liver spread or liver paste added by cheese for creamy sauce... This is a popular dish served during special occasions and a regular in every Filipino cookbook.
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 KG PORK SPARE RIBS (CUT)
    1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
    1/4 CUP OYSTER SAUCE
    1/4 CUP TOMATO SAUCE
    1 TSP BLACK GROUND PEPPER
    5 HEAD GARLIC (MINCE)
    2 pcs onion chopped
    3 tbsp pickled relish
    1 can liver spread ( 85 gr)
    1 can green peas 100 gr
    1 cup water
    3 pcs potato (cube)
    2 medium size carrot (cube)
    1 bell pepper cut
    1/4 cup grated cheese
    small hot chilli ( optional)

      Hindi po ako naglalagay ng peanut butter sir,pero puedi din po maglagay ng peanut butter para lalo syang lumapot at sumarap.. maraming salamat po....
