Fun fact: A cycle lasts 100 Action Value, 150 for the first cycle. And base action value is calculated by 1000 divided by character speed. So theoretically this Sparkle should take 1 action value between turns and get a total of 100 turns each cycle

also i thought 1000 speed sparkle gets like 15 turns in a 150 av cycle. 150 (action value) x 1000(speed) = 150000. every 10000 character goes once.
