Hayato Training Guide 200 - 250

Hayato throughout its existence has been held back by a number of things, keeping it from being a strong contender. Be it the damage cap, or hayatos limited damage lines, there was always something keeping this class from being great.
However recently, all that changed. Hayato was finally given their 'Line-Story' update, almost 4 months after the rest of the classes in the game, which instantly shot them up as a contender for the best class in the game. Due to their very low barrier to entry for good damage lines.
After their lines got increased, the only thing holding Hayato back was the damage cap, and heading into the Grandis update, that's going to fade away as well. With the 150b damage cap, until every other class in the game starts catching up to the new cap (Which is going to be insanely hard outside of party play bursting) Hayato is now head and shoulders over the competition.
This is the strongest iteration of Hayato we've ever had, and possibly the most fun to boss with as well. While the mobbing devolves into literal Cooldown watching, the bossing is an acrobatics dream. Mobility is the name of the game for Hayato. Like Blaster and Aran, Hayato can dance around bossing situations while also maintaining substantial damage uptime. Their burst window isnt incredibly frequent, like a Dual Blades, but its damage output outside of burst makes of for this. It's a consistent damage threat, who is hard to kill.
Hayatos only limiting factors post Neo Update, are going to be its atrocious V-Matrix, and the problems that stem from its poor V-Skill coding. Needing to constantly refresh your character every hour to dump temp-files generated while using Instant Slice is VERY annoying, and can actually lead to dc's if it happens in a bossing situation, where you cannot easily refresh your character.
All in all, Hayato is a solid class. VERY over-tuned in the damage department, but that can easily be fixed by lowering the insane amount of final damage given by Phantom Blade. As well, if they do end up nerfing Phantom Blade. I hope they also couple it with a Mastery buff, as currently, Hayato has the lowest Mastery % in the game, resulting in a very low minimum range and a very high maximum range, when not capping, Hayatos damage lines can fluctuate quite heavily.

You should do a potential main tier list, your personal opinion ranking of all your 250s and your likelihood of maining them. Could update it with the new class at the end of each video.

Sacrix, as always awesome video and gz on the 26th; btw i've always had a doubt, how much mesos you make from leveling all the way to 250?, you should try make a fresh 250 and save every single meso you get from grinding 200-250 also nodestones and droplets :)
Meso is between 8-9b. Nodes avg 1.35k, droplets depends what I train at. Sellas has no droplets for reg
You can cancel animation summer rain by using sudden strike right before.
And in general you want to utilize sudden strike once in a while. Not only it debuffs mobs which take 20% more damage, it's also a skill that resists super kb.

If you high roll on nodes early and get a hitokiri strike/falcon's honor/hitokiri hundred strike boost node and a rai sanrenzan/rai blade flash/x boost node would you then consider Hayato reasonably good for a new/low funding player in that case?

Hey sacrix, wanna ask do u think theres any new maps that can help out with phantom farming to 250? I saw your videos of phantom to 250 but that was before yum yum and reverse city, would u recommend staying in yum yum until 225 or lachaln from 220-225
For Reverse City, TBoy Train 1 is insane with Showdown stolen, like, actually just jumping back and forth full map clear type stuff. Yum Yum is a bit more peculiar. Frost orb + Arrow platter should be enough to cover the middle platforms, at least in my mind, it would just be a matter of clearing the corners in HIF.

No, ofc not. I wouldn't even recommend this to people with a frenzy. 😂 there is no benefit for going past 8.5k the time:reward ratio is AWFUL.
i'd just like to ask, why not add in erda shower to the kit? since there's a max with how many you can hit with the skills, wouldn't 1 more low cd large skill help at pushing a few more kills in?
Erda shower is something you can spec in. The problem being, Erda shower only hits what is above you, and Hayatos overhead coverage, usually isn't the problem. You can still put it in the have another good AoE CD skill though, not gonna be huge for your exp rates, but it will matter in the long run.

Stick to the original maps. Rc and yum yum don't have amazing maps for zero

Whichever you enjoy the most. If you're asking me, I'd probably choose Adele, she's more fun for me.

which class would you recommend for meso farming now, since you can't suicide anymore zero isnt that longterm in terms of investment:output ratio imo. getting to the point where your lightning oneshots in limina seems to be preeeetty expensive.
Kanna is still the universally accepted best. Zero has lost their niche.

You can cancel summer rain animation by vapor blading before or instant slicing after
you can also use it in the middle of your falcons honor skill and it'll ignore the animation for summer rain

If you can overlook the CD Watching nature of its mobbing, and its abysmal VMatrix QoL. Yes, Hayato is a very solid class. It's super strong early, and scales well.

Really, I'd recommed Rai/Rai/Hitokiri Hundred over Falcon. I never put my Falcons honor boost node on, it just isn't necessary unless super unfunded for mobbing, and hundred strike is your burst skill.
Then again, perfect trio's arent really a goal to aim for, just something you accidentally yourself into for Hayato, unless super funded.

I am a lvl 252 Hayato Main on Reboot with Max Af and Boost nodes. And always thought about rolling cdr on hat. How much Cdr do you have for Instant Slice aka Instant Crash?

Useful, sure. Required, not at all. You never want to be using a CD hat for bossing. So just sticking to stat is better overall and cheaper.

The first is the hardest. Once you get your feet under you, all subsequent characters are much easier. Don't worry too much, take it at your own pace.

You always have something to complain about every class
No class is perfect. Even the ones I find the most enjoyable have small little nuggets of annoyance. Sometimes its the little things that make or break a class for people, so I tend not to leave them unsaid.
i mean he has a right to conplain if its something that he thinks hinders his enjoyment of classes.
Lol try leveling a class to 250 and tell me you would still like every single thing about that class. Let alone he’s trained so many 250s already.
I’m burning a hay ago when maint is done. I only have a lvl 82 Kanna lol had to make a new account as I just started playing again after a year or 2 yesterday. Forgot login info for my old account
