What I done in whole year
APRIL: properly studying
MAY: properly studying
JUNE: suddenly stomachache and gallstone diagnosed ( 3 weeks ) wasted
JULY : while going coaching I had an accident injury in left hand and backbone
AUGUST: completing backlog and again started from 1st chapter
SEPTEMBER: studying......
OCTOBER: mummy Papa both were suffering from dengue . admitted in hospital ( I m elder child)
NOVEMBER : pain in gallbladder started size of stone increased and it cause obstructive jaundice admitted in hospital 12 days
DECEMBER: pain was getting worse day by day ( two Operation done and gallbladder removed)
JANUARY: stitches were cut but suddenly swelling in liver
NOW I M IN STRICT BED REST I EVEN CAN'T SIT TO STUDY
Bt i m still studying so that I can gain good percentage 😞😞

I can relate to this so well because even after studying the whole syllabus thoroughly, I still feel like there's something lacking in my preparation but when I go and give the exam the next day, it goes really well.

1. Whenever you feel stressed, just close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths and start again.
2. Mobile phones are a big distraction,so, turn off the notification from all the social media apps. Don't worry, you'll be fine even if you don't use them for a while.
3. Always and always solve the previous year papers.
4. Be familiar with the pattern of the question paper and always give atleast 5 mocks and review the mistakes.
5. Time management is important.
You should always target to complete your paper 1/2 hr before the actual time.
6. Have faith on yourself.
No matter what the result says,You all are WINNERS in some or the other exam of life.
Even if the results are not as expected, it's not the end of the world.
Muster all your courage, face it and try again. Rise again and Shine brighter.
There's always another chance.

Update(since now, studies are heavily dependent on phone):
according to what I have experienced, using Laptop instead of phones(whenever possible) causes less distraction.
Also, have an 'app tracker' to track how much time you are spending on each app.
Edit- For all the sleepyheads:
If you take less than 6-8 hrs of sleep, you need to sleep, bcoz lack of good sleep will decrease your productivity, in long run.
But if you feel sleepy, even after 6-8 hrs of sleep, do these:
-get out of bed, study on study table, avoid being too comfy while studying
-splash your face with cold water
-go for a short 15 min of walk, preferably out of your room, in fresh air
-take 1-2 cups of coffee (>2 cups in a day may increase anxiety, so won't recommend)
-go to library

The dark circles were very deep,though he was a topper he had a lot of stress,he did not eat breakfast,lunch or dinner

I'm 16 yrs old and am going to give my 12th boards this yr. It was all going well till I started stressing out for my boards especially physics and it raised my bp to 167/110 . Now I can't even study because I'm getting a treatment. Stress is really dangerous. Just do whatever you can and take it easy

Hey it's been 2 years after I have passed 12th and now I know that the marks you get for your 10th or 12th doesn't matter much other than getting into a good college or school and for your relatives to brag about how good you are and it ends there. So just study for the knowledge and the marks will follow. It isn't such a big deal there are lot of options in this world.
