- The pygmy marmoset (Cebuella pygmaea) is a small New World monkey native to rainforests of the western Amazon Basin in South America. It is notable for being the smallest monkey and one of the smallest primates in the world at just over 100 grams (Madame Berthe's mouse lemur is smaller) these little primates(pygmy marmoset are listed as Least Concern (IUCN 3.1}

I’ve seen Pygmy marmosets in the zoo. They’re so tiny you could hardly see them among the branches and leaves. They’re super cute.
I would much rather watch these little guys in their natural habitat.
The freedom is the best for wild animals
I agree to an extent... We need a captive population of every species for insurance, We need captive breeding programs and also reintroduction programs for the survival of a multitude of species. which now unfortunately, is a lot of species. A number of wild populations of species were born in captivity and now live free:Bald Eagle, Golden Lion Tamarin, Andean condors, red wolves. A successful captive breeding program by US F&W with a bobwhite quail generated the creation of a wildlife refuge in southern Arizona to allow its successful reintroduction.

I agree two years later! I get really sick of those who lecture and "call out" people who disagree. The majority of Orangutans being rescued at this time are young pets and from denuded forest habitats. Not that private citizens should be depleting the Earth of it's endangered species. But I was so thinking of the Amazon forest burning. How long can a small animal like this run from fire?

Look at how big that baby is and he/she is still riding around on the father's back. I guess he/she is still nursing from mom too? Nice to see these monkeys living naturally. :)
The family’s raise them all together that’s why it’s so sad when people take babies away from their parents

This Little Mama is brutal! Whatever kind of juicy bug or lizards she's eating won't hurry up and die! I hate that on TV showing prey animals being eaten alive. Hopefully they gave enough adrenaline and natural pain killers they don't feel it as much. Clearly this girl likes it fresh!?

nature is scary- everyone eat someting alive, i don't know were just i don't know how to say it, i hope one day we can eat something that isn't alive some kind of energy or something that neutral and isn't alive neihter bad or good.
Fruits and vegetable are alive too.
If the whole planet is going to follow your idea all animals are all going to die out.
One can't be upset that animal est other animals.
We humans can choose what we eat, animals can not.
That's the difference.
