BABA YETU - Christopher Tin & Chris Kiagiri, arr. Frank Bernaerts - Brass Band Version

Baba Yetu is a 2005 orchestral gospel composition by Christopher Tin. The song was written as the title track of the computer game Civilization IV. The Civilization version was sung by the Stanford Talisman, a choir from Stanford University.
The song was re-recorded for Tin's 2009 debut album, Calling all dawns. This version, sung by the Soweto Gospel Choir and accompanied by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, won a 2011 Grammy Award for best instrumental accompaniment to a vocalist. It was the first time music from a video game was nominated for a Grammy.
