For 51 the answer is b because you subtract 15000 from 25000 (number of death rates from birth rate).

how could immigration be a RESULT of high population growth? immigration increases population growth it. Please use ur head
#37 is "C" because high population growth will only cause slums to degrade hence hindering the development
