Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in vegetables begins to denature at temperatures as low as 86°F (30°C), and is most destroyed at temperatures between 85-95°C (185-205°F).
Air dry moringa with minimum light possible preserves the sensitive vitamins. Clay containers or with cotton cloth absorbs moisture while preventing from catching any air pollutants.

How long is the powder good for once you make it into a powder?
    And should we refrigerate?

@@jomaripua , it's mentioned to set temperature to 95 degrees for 12-24 hours both in the video and in the sub title. Go to 2:34 in video. Temperature is in Farenheit as Americans always use that unit. 95 F would be 35 C. Any more temperature would dry out the vitamins & nutrients in the leaves.

I think we'll lose most of the nutrients by the heat.

I have two different variety’s growing in my yard. When I purchased the seedling and seeds the varieties were not specified. I have been meaning to do some research no them. One has a darker bark, the other (my favorite variety) is almost a white bark.

This is cool. I'm in Houston and my neighbor has a huge tree. The pods are popping on it and leaves and big. He's giving me permission to use as much as I want. I just took two leave stems to try it it and see what's it about.
