Deer Protection Devices for my Orchards

Deers are coming to my orchards and destroying them one by one.
For a few years I was asking local hunting club to take care of these nice animals and move them from my orchards but they did not do anything. I was asking club to let me join them and I will take care of the problem but they said club has so many number of member and could not squeeze one more in it.
Bought a several devices and they were working for a while and deers get use to it and destroying orchards again.
I am not sure what I have to do??
Any idea???
