The Country Park Model is a large tiny home.
The house is 396 square feet (36' long x 11' wide) with an extra 130 square feet (two lofts). It has a large living room with high ceilings and beautiful large windows. The kitchen has full-size stove/oven, sink, refrigerator, lots of cabinets including a lazy susan and a butcher block. The bathroom has a flush toilet, bathtub, shower, sink, and storage closet. The house has a bedroom on the main level with 2 lofts that can be used as sleeping areas or storage. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two closets, and a washer/dryer combo unit. The larger loft is the same size as the master bedroom. The smaller loft fits a full-size bed. Real stairs leading up to the lofts. The house is fully insulated (floor, walls, ceiling). It comes with a front porch (8' long x 11' wide). We can customize this model to fit your needs or you can place an order for a new house.

I dont think the stagings do this home justice. It could be set up very cute, the design is well planned and definitely love the fact it has full size appliances.
The staging doesn't come included with the home, we just wanted to show everyone how much room you would still have with normal size furniture on the home. We are about to start building our next model which will be modern and have a different look and feel.
for a 390 sq. foot + loft tiny house, this seems really spacious. Great use of space to make it feel like a home!
When you get inside it even feels bigger.
I love this tiny home. I call it a home rather than a house because I could live here easily and call it my home. Love, love, love it.

I like the layout of this one. It felt like a normal sized home. Not having it on wheels definitely allows for more space.

Too bad they don't have storage in the stairs though. There would certainly be enough room for it as each stair is a good size. Also, some sort of handrail would be helpful.
The stairs could each be pull out draws, or places to show off items.

Loved it. I'm glad to see that builders are now putting in full size appliances and bathtubs.

Finally one MY style.. lol. One I might could actually live in (we're I not disabled). Love the beadboard..... And the color! Love that it actually has a DECENT closet.. IN the bedroom.. not in the kitchen(lol) ...add a bed -stand w/drawers under it on both sides. No ladder going up over your food prep area! No narrow flimsy looking stairs with no railing. A proper kitchen... a. living room that would hold a proper couch AND recliner! Move the water heater indoors.. & find a place for w/d. Well thought out.. well planned. 2thumbs up!

This is specious enough for a famaly to fit in. I think this is a very good size for vacation house in the woods or on the sieside. You have doen a very good job!

The house is beautiful. The stairs is a plus, but it's also wasted space under them. There should be some storage space made into the stairs.

I wish there was a better quality of kitchen cabinets and closets. When you go tiny, I love that we also went luxurious in what we did have.
We already have that in the plans for a show model. But each home is built for their owner's needs and wants. But trust me, we already have those plans in the works.

Nice!! I really like the option of sleeping downstairs with a queen-size bed below! I'm NOT a fan of lofts and would probably use one of them for storing a few items not needed all the time. I like cooking with gas, so hopefully you have an optional propane gas range and gas setup for heating. Optional a/c would be a "plus", also. I like this model and hopefully I'll be able to be your future customer in a year or two!

Great Idea! If you need some help convincing your husband, just write down all the issues or problems and we can go over them all with him. Plus, he NEEDS to come see this model - we have turned many nay-sayers.

I've watched too many tiny house videos to the point that I don't remember which ones I've watched ready 😅 but this is definitely one of the best I've seen. So spacious it could accommodate 6 people, lofts with fairly high ceiling, a lounge that doesn't looked crammed, a kitchen that can fit full sized appliances, big closets, a window by the shower/tub 😍 (very rare) and a wide porch. The only thing is that the dining table shd be big enough for a family. Otherwise, this is close to perfection. I'm in love 😍

We think it is a great idea for families or people who want extra sleeping/storage areas.
It's one of my favorite tiny houses. I would change a few things. Maybe you could make the island a little bigger and it could double as a table. The closet in the bathroom could easily be a pull out so owners can reach things in the back without getting frustrated. You could also change the doors inside to sliding glass doors so that it takes up less space . And I would put crown molding instead of the lines on the roof. Well that's all my opinions but it was great :)

This home has a lot to like. My few suggestions: the stove needs a good exhaust system; sliding doors would be better than swinging doors; add a handrail for the stairs; and if the stairs are as slippery as they look, add some sort of tread or non-slip coating or covering. Might be nice to show a drop-leaf table which can accommodate more people, and have chairs on rollers which can be used at the computer table or dining table or in the living room...more versatile than the teensy bistro set. Are the "closets" in the bedroom Ikea units? How about using the stairs as storage, either with treads that are the lids of boxes or with "risers" that are the front of slide-out bins? Any thought to using SIPs and recycled insulation and solar?
Every home is different as we customize each home for their owner. We have all the options available that you listed above that can be added to the home. We are looking into using SIPS and other recycled insulation on our building processes but there are various factors to consider. Solar is ALWAYS, in my opinion, a GREAT decision to add to tiny homes.

I've seen many many tiny houses and this model is among the top three in my book. The only thing is that materials look a bit cheap. I would keep the layout as it is but upgrade significantly on the fixtures, finishings, etc.
The materials can be upgraded per the client's requests.

I've have seen many tiny houses but this one has one of THE BEST layout so far! Love the room in the back and the stairs!
You could make more storage in the stairs for example, and a bigger table (or a table that can bend, this way you don't loose to much space.)
What about the porch, can you "bend/fold" (sorry, don't know the word to use here) so you can take with you in case you move the house somewhere?
And the colours, can you change, making it more modern/ industrial style?
