We looked at Google street view thru the years from 2008 to the latest and what a difference. Amazing revitalization taking place. Very happy to be living in the area!

Never heard of it. I'm going to look it up and see if I can install it.
If you use Google Earth or Maps there is a street view option. From there you can choose the view from different years if there are any.
Ebikes are not considered motorized vehicle per the Federal Trade Commission and most states follow the same rulings. Usually they are 750 watts and under. Love waterfront park. Occasionally you will see an airplane take off in the lake.
The kiddie waterfalls is open daily during the summer, on weekends during fall and spring, then close for the winter. When riding my bike I see the toddlers there on weekends but i don't think it will last much longer.
I don't see anything that really a vegan or a vegetarian would like. Are they vegan-friendly at all in that area?
Not that I know of. There was a bakery called Crazy Apron that had some vegan options but we couldn't find it when we were there 2 weeks ago. I visit Clermont 2 or 3 times yearly, when we eat out we go to Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar, and Tijuana flats is easy to stay vegan by ordering bean tacos, etc. There's also pita place next to the Citrus Tower Publix.. Mostly we get our meals at Publix and eat in our room.
If you visit Winter Garden you'll find many vegan options. Just had the best vegan hot dog I've ever had at Harrels Dogs

For those of us who have home bases outside FL but want a low cost location in FL. Are there 55+ condo or smaller SFH options? I did not see this option in The Villages. Just don’t want or need a 3+ SFH and related upkeep. Maybe do a video on this subject. Also, there must be a lot of single seniors who would prefer not to have a SFH. Condo are also ideal for frequent travelers, lock and leave with no worries.
This is what I'm looking for too. The complicating factor for me is we have a German Shepherd. She is part of the family but so many communities have breed restrictions. It's the main reason we don't even camp in Florida, because campgrounds will also discriminate.@@Frank-nh9fe
Yea I live in Lakeland Florida I was at l lol lake Parker lake dock feeding squirrels and birds and a baby gator just starts to walk up my guess people were feeding them you can tell the gator was way too comfortable walking up to me people need to stop there gonna get someone killed feeding them.
Try not to turn the camera too fast.
i do not see anything homie, or inviting, in this review, been to clermont several times.
Clermont is absolutely not the place anyone that is considering retirement should move to

Packed with young families and overdevelopment
Thus making the whole area not as peaceful and attractive it used to be.
