OMG I haven't cried this much to a Dhar Mann video before, the holidays have been very hard for me since 2020 because my grandma is in a nursing home and it's hard to not be able to see her everyday and I've just had a lot of family issues over the past 5 years that u have become a type 2 diabetic and suffer from sleep apnea I was diagnosed with both of those at the age of 23 and I feel like my life is crumbling before my eyes my mom has had covid and it is still hard on me. I am 26 now and have a serious eating disorder, my doctors have diagnosed me with a chronic eating disorder, with crippling depression and bad sleep apnea morbidly obese. I just wish my life could go back to the way it was before all this. But I can't reverse time, always spend time with family even if you really don't want to I would trade everything I own to be able to spend another day at my grandma's house again I would even trade the clothes on my back to be able to see my grandma on Christmas again. She is still alive but not doing so well so I don't know how much longer she will live.... please don't take the time you have with family and friends for granted. Merry Christmas everyone have a happy holiday. ❤️❤️
