Next would be just having the main floor without the second floor and that works also. And last you have the complete build. So you really have like 3 shops in 1 in terms of size. Oh and for anybody who is interested in making a coffee/donut shop on a budget, the holiday camper van gives you everything you need from chairs, windows, 4 donuts, 2 mugs, can drink, coffee machine and a small table setup all for $15.
Looks great JC! How about another worker upstairs painting a wall? Replace one of the white panels with a different color and have the painter in front of it with a roller as if he’s about to paint the last one.
Great remoc! Love the yellow piece in the toilet and the runaway farmer! 😂 If you got any of those wooden plank- printed tiles (from the CMF carpenter or the Old fishing store) you could put it on the second floor. Just to highlight the unfinished floor. Also maybe a pile of floor tiles and some tools?
I really like that you made the second floor look like it was under construction still - great idea for giving a dynamic look for the interior. I think the interior in the coffee house on the bottom floor looks great! Excellent use of the panels for the sides - great way to save on bricks! Great build overall - - nice colors, nice interior and great ideas! How is the skyscraper doing? In fact, how is Metro city coming along?

Another great MOC - it was very enjoyable to watch both of these videos over my morning coffee 🙂 luckily I had my coffee at home and didn’t have to pay $100 for it! 🤣 The concept was very realistic with the kiosk out the front and the sit down options inside. I especially liked the additional texturing you added to the outside plus the brick built red cup sign 🌟
I like what you did with the second floor, it makes it more original. The whole moc turned out great. The large cup sign looks good on the building but I wouldn't place this build near the pet cafe as I dont believe the sign would have the same effect. 😄

I think you should have the menu above the coffee machines and the logo next to the cake display as it is not that far and we want the costumers to not be able to read the menu and get scammed by the coffee shop

can you add meh as a sigfig in your small brick citu jc? sigfig the body arms legs and cowl a dinosaur figure in black with dorsal spines or a godzilla figure for the body in a studio doing some suitmation suggestion an abandoned jp jw gate with the t rex rampage set and the t rex escaping the jungle into the city

Thanks. I tried to put a tree but there was no space. Same with plants, unless I get rid of the outside back table.

The baracade would be better placed at the top of the stairs on the second floor not the middle of the stairs
I did that so customers can see the sign before climbing up the stairs.
