I came by your video while doing some research on back glass sliders. I have to say that I watched your entire video because I was impressed with your professionalism, care for the customers truck, organization and integrity of your work. It is a rarity to see this anymore. Thanks for sharing.
I have to do one of these on a 2017 Raptor tomorrow. A hand sized chunk of tar went through the windshield (did today) and exploded the back glass and the topper glass! In all my years its one of the worst ever! I've only done one so far and glad I could see this again to save time. Ive been doing this for 28 years but only part time in the last 10 years. Thanks for taking the time to post this. That Ice scraper w/ blade is something I have never seen before. Would make a good gasket scraper for engines.
Nice work! I like your high expectations. You do great clean work and are very respectful to the customers vehicles. Thank you for the video. I'm going to install the electric window to my manual window which the truck didn't have electric to begin with so I have to do the wiring.
Hey man need to have my rear glass window resealed due to it leaking at the top passenger corner by the headliner. I'm out of Fort worth and willing to come to you due to the great pride you take in doing your work. I would like to ask specifically for you if that's possible thanks.
I have a 2016 F150 regular cab with a stationary.rear window. I am replacing the stationary glass with a manual slider window made by C.R Laurence. My question is can the stationary original glass be removed without having to break the glass? If possible I would like to sell the OEM non slider so it can be reused. Thank you, enjoyed the video.
of course you can save that glass and resale it but use a fiber line to save it ...about c.r. laurence ..some times the finish on that glasses can chance little bit special fit the glass..example toyota tacoma is encapsulate but fter market doesnt making a good chalenge to leave that glass in good bonding and stetic.and cr.laurence love chance the encapsulato for aluminum frame..just look it the glass before you set t
@@vdkarautoglassreplacement3642 would you have any tips on how to remove a good power slider like this for resale? You mentioned fiber wire above. Thanks.

is it possible to go from a stationary glass with no lil window to a power rear glass like what your using in the video? and Did your seats come with that truck? those seats are nice. Can I get those seats aftermarket?
yes you can... some brands has the plug in same area as you see in the video...the glass will be same in sizes...just with power sliding the sits i don t know you will ask your local dealer..but on this times custom your truck its not a problem
Hey i know its an old video but may i ask what kind of vacuum did you use for the broken glass? I need one for work and not sure if any handheld vac will be good enough.

This has got to be the best instructional video I've ever seen and the level of detail and care that this man has is amazing.
