WHY DID I START THIS CHANNEL?

Hi Guys and girls, hope you are all great.
I have been wanting to make this video for quite a while now but havent really known how it would be taken.
A couple of months ago I was talking to a friend about music and different genres when the genre of K-POP came up.
Intrigued, I decided to listen to and react to the first thing I found on youtube.
That video was Aespa - Welcome to my world.
And I absolutely LOOOOVED it.
And to my suprise, the people watching seemed to like it to. From there I decided to record myself as I listened to more and more K-POP so you could see me as I learned more about the style of music and the artists within it.
But there was a problem.
And it started to niggle at me.
I didnt really realise what it was until recently. And then It dawned on me.
I started this Part Time Geek channel to be a place where I can just unwind and talk about everything that a geek of my age is interested in.
That could be music, movies, art, comic books, filming techniques, technology, tutorials, music production, youtube, how to set up a home youtube studio, how to talk on camera. Anything really..
In the excitement and the fun of learning about this whole new genre of music I had forgotten why I had started in the first place.
This video is my way of explaining all of that and the direction the channel will be taking moving forward.
Of course there will still be lots reactions but, there will also be the sort of content Part Time Geek was originally started for.
I hope you all understand and I hope you will continue to join me for the journey.

Glad you made this vid! I've seen some other channels make KPOP reactions to be their bread and butter, only to completely pivot once they hit 100k+ . Better to diversify your content in the beginning so subs know what to expect!
