What I eat in a day for fertility! Fertility foods I eat while TTC. Its a what I eat in a day while trying to conceive for a child. Its no surprise that I like to feed myself and my family healthy wholesome foods, so eating this way comes naturally to me, but I do try to focus a little more on what I am consuming since trying to have a baby. I am by no means a nutritionist for doctor of any kind, I just did some of my own research and decided to share what I have been consuming for my own body and needs. Def make sure you do your own research on what is good to consume for you and your dietary needs.
In this video, I talk about fertility foods, how I am trying to get pregnant, what I am eating while trying to conceive, my personal fertility journey and healthy foods, easy and delicious meals that you can feed yourself and your family.
I am fortunate and blessed enough that I do not have to struggle with fertility, but my heart does ache for the woman that is struggling everyday. I dont wish to trigger anyone and of course want to be sensitive as I can while still being able to record and share my experience with you all.
