This is cute, I think it's great that Paris didn't mention her father MJ's music in this piece because that's what fans expected her to say, Paris is more than just MJ's daughter. She doesn't need or want to live in her dad's shadow and she doesn't use it to build her career.

Most kids with famous parents live off their parents name and notoriety and spend the rest of their lives being just so and so kid with nothing of own to speak of. globalcitizenn They have been casting her though, in bit parts in “Star” and “Scream” on TV for example. It’s good to dip her toes in the water by starting with small parts and see if it’s something she wants to pursue further
I remember when I was 11 in 1995, loved The Bee Gees, and some friends said I got music taste of an elderly lady, it’s great to see new generations with also a great taste of music 🌹
