How do you create all these tabs? Do you recognize every note in a song by ear? And if yes, maybe you have any exercises or courses or something, that can help. Thanks
Yes, I recognize "every note". After transcribing a lot of stuff you start to hear more phrases than notes. You'll recognize something that you already heard and know instantly how to play. You just get a bass -> ear connection.
Some songs are harder than others, like this one, it's hard! Sometimes I'll get an EQ and filter out the top end just to hear the bass! Sometimes I need to repeat 100 times just to really understand what note that was, and sometimes I just get it wrong certainly. It's just a lot of hearing, trial and error and in some cases trusting your instinct.
I don't have any particular resource , sorry! If you search for tips to transcribe songs I'm sure you'll get plenty of results and more tips! I am hoping that in the future I start to do some live streams and live transcription could be one of the topics, who knows :)
