I have a question about US credit cards and banks. If I move abroad and want to keep my US accounts. I will sometimes need to receive a call or text to my US phone to get a code to login. Some have said to a VPN, or VOIP phone. However those don't work with many banks. My Bank of America account, I can't login if my VPN is turned on. I haven't been able to find anyone that has actually found a way that works to login from abroad. Using a relatives address would help, but not with the login.

The highway beyond Chitre is in good shape down to Pedasi, and excellent from Pedasi to Venao and beyond to Tonosi.

Lived in Chitre for two years in Brisas de Guayacanes. Chitre is incredibly hot and bad place to live. It's the armpit of Panama.
