That's half-true. Geeta only tells him to use a different type for his Elite 4 battle. He himself still decides to use Flying.
To add to the death of Sada and Turo, if you go to the secret room with the floor symbol, a ridiculous amount of Greavard and Houndstone can be found. I feel like that's where they were laid to rest.
I think the first segment with Hypno should be expanded to explain that Miriam's team is based around various types of treatments doctors can perform on their patients, with Hypno representing hypnotherapy.
Do note that it is possible that there was a change in design of the gym badges since nemona took on the challenge herself as well as the fact that the gym leaders could of changed since then as well. Given that there is a mention to one of the teachers being one it makes me think that ones like iono might not have been leaders for very long and we are challenging gyms not to long after such changes. Tho this is only speculation.
Revavroom propably wasnt planned for gen 7, gamefreak was just making it for gen 9 all the way back then, since in pokemon sun and moon the male player character has those fuecoco shoes you most likely already know about. And considering that the book was about usum and not sm means more pokemon than just the starters were already made.

All flowers in area zero are white, not one flower is Rod blue or any other color. That's why all Floette's are white. it is still a great detail

It’s definitely no coincidence that all the moth Pokémon (barring Dustox, which isn’t in the dex) are found in Area Zero, but I was always under the impression that it was a reference to moths being attracted to light sources, since it’s full of shiny crystals and is perpetually in daylight as a result.

There's a bit more to Dudunsparce than just the cry thing. Look at the stripes on its segments, you ever notice the thickness of the stripes vary between segments? Well, the blue stripes actually number the segments in Roman numerals. I, II, and III on a Three-Segment Dudunsparce.
And there's more than even that. Dunsparce has 2 blue stripes, and was introduced in Gen 2. Dudunsparce has 3 blue stripes in its Two-Segment Form, and 6 blue stripes in its Three-Segment form, making for a total of 9 blue stripes between its forms. And Dudunsparce was introduced in Gen 9. I'd wager this wasn't as intentional as the Roman numeral thing, but it's still an awesome coincidence.
From all these secrets, there's a lot of curiosity going around my mind
I think I've heard about nemona's gym badges. I thought it was past designs of badges.
I also think all of the moths are in area zero bc it can be seen as the “basement” of paldea. Like a basement there’s moisture and darkness/dim lighting in area zero.
Maybe dun and dudunsparce outside are actually a cacoon?its long round and has a patternlike face that looks more like skin and a spike for defense. So maybe it could become a butterfly instead of the dragon that many people want.

at 10:05 i was so confused what pokemon was on the pink box but realized its just tyranitar. With the other pokemon matching their boxes by typing, it would be cool if this could be a hint that t-tar could get a regional version that gets either fairy or psychic typing.
Regarding Pokemon, I've recently been thinking about Missed Opportunities. In particular, missed opportunities for Pokemon. With Galar being based on Great Britain, they missed out on a chance to turn the Revolving Beast, a Celtic monster, into a Pokemon, and the Questing Beast, a monster from Arthurian lore. Regarding Kalos, that region had the most missed opportunities, including the chance to turn the Tarasque into a Pokemon. And Paldea missed out on an opportunity to turn the Ramidreju, a unique creature in Spanish mythology; go look it up, and you'll find its description is just shy of being a Pokemon already.
And for Unova, I feel that King Kong pokemon could be great addition due to movie taking place in New York. Also a hip hop, hotdog, Turkey bird, baseball, superhero, Jazz, 1950's Americana, kid-friendly Mafia or coke-like pokemon could be cool (Even if it would be little but too stereotypical as Pokemon is also wanting Unova to represent itself with more obscure references to NYC and America's history)
(Oh, an edgy pokemon could work as a reference that video games made in USA are more hardcore and edgier like DOOM than in Japan)
I agree with Paldea. Also I wanted to add that they could put Paldean Yamask that would be based on Picasso Paintings or mythical creature from Lusitian/Basque/Catalonian/Andalusian/Gallician/Asturian mythology to make it more spanish.
Heck, where is Rooster of Barcelos mon or Fado pokemon in Paldea? Sure Pokemon games don't have to be perfect at representing every aspect of real life region's cultures. Pokemon games suppose to make regions inspired by real life places, not recreate them to perfectly match real life.
(Plus not making mons out of Spanish inventions feels odd for Paldea)
@@cezaryg5365 especially with the themes of discovery running throughout the Scarlet and Violet. Even the DLC could have done a bit more to bring these missed opportunities to the forefront. And the games that will be are return to prior regions, moving forward, could also be an opportunity to include some of those missed opportunities from the the first go around.
Scarlet and Violet are the newest game sin the franchise, and hopefully will stay that way for a few more years, but I have been hearing rumors that more DLC is coming, and the future Pokemon DLCs could be a way to bring in some of those missed opportunities to the region that are not their currently. The creature from Spanish mythology I mentioned, the Ramidreju, is said to only appear every hundred years or so, it could be an opportunity for a special quest or event in Scarlet and Violet, and the same could be said for some of the entities you named as well.
I've recently thought there should be a Galarian form of Grimer or just Muk, based on the infamously poluted waters of Thames river, maybe Poison/Ground-type.
@@Ajzan1 Cool concept, but I feel that we could get a Galarian regional form for Ralts based on Kings and Queens or Pawniard line based on knights.
The badges in nimona’s room may be something to do with a catching contest of sorts, most do resemble pokeballs.

You might be right about the badges, but the Pokemon on the boxes are Tyranitar, Talonflame and Marill. So maybe new forms (even though Tyranitar just got one) but nothing super new
Going by the art from the early development of Sun and Moon where vehicles were going to have a more important role before the idea was scrapped, it would make sense if Revavroom was initially intended for Gen 7

At first I wasn't too keen on the idea of a car engine Pokémon, but after seeing it in game and learning more about it, I actually really like Revavroom now.

Similar fact to Arven rarely getting uncatchable shinies- the Ditto blocks you look for in group quests in the Indigo Disk can also appear shiny. You can't catch them, either, just a cool little thing

Something else with Tyme's design, is her earrings are similar to the Gen IX Rock Type sigil. However, since the sigil is an octagon, and her earrings are hexagons, they're likely just meant to look like a rock.

I mean we know that designs get delayed for later regions
Nemona has already reached Champion status by the time we meet her in game, perhaps she earned her badges sometime before their designs were modernized to be the ones that we earn.

The Revavroom fact is very flimsy and seems more like a comment on their design philosophy. I don't think it is meant to refer to a specific Pokemon.
I still wish this had been a game I was able to play, unfortunately it was not.
So if moths are a symbol of Death, perhaps Gen 10 will give us a bug/ghost type moth Pokémon.

I think it's mainly older fans, who not only are fans of the character, but also relate to him, being a worn down 9-5 average working stiff. At least that's why I like him.

People disappointed by Dudunsparce are coping hard and never actually liked Dunsparce at all. Dunsparce is my favorite Pokémon and Dudunsparce is so hilariously on brand as an evolution. It’s just as disappointing and underwhelming as the creature it’s based on, and it’s perfect for it
