State is when u do something against the state law, it doesnt call for remand if no one is hurt or dead, it just a matter of warning and possible community service . But u dont remand a person for over 24 hrs , they can just give him a court date , let him go home and show on court date. So u dont remand over criticism . U can hold him in the process of getting him a court date and that should not be more than 24hrs . Defamation is wrong but not a state crime , u can sue a person for defamation at a civil court. But not a state crime that should get a person remanded, so wht is the igp dampare seating and watch this happen to folks in their ignorance by the force . If the cause goes to civil court and u dont show and disrespect the court order the judge can issue a warant to ur arrest and the case is excallating to state crime .
