- Until these organisations are totally destroyed they will always be active. // 1980, and as the red bear marches towards southern Africa a hero is born. He was Capt Craig Williamson, known as the super spy, a security policeman who infiltrated and spied on the ANC in Europe.
I'm interested in this guy, since there are people who have claimed that he was (at least in part) behind the murder of Swedish prime minister Olof Palme in 1986.
He's way too fat to run in stairs though.
See the book of Jan Stocklassa, who built his theorie on the archives of Stieg Larssons. They claim Williamson was the organizer, Bertil Wedin the go between and some far right / neo nazi Swedes the executers. It's quite possible, Palme kept on hitting on the same nail over and over again, irritating seriously the Apartheid regime. But proving it is quite something else.
@@Retroscoop yes, I've read it. As you say, Stocklassa doesn't produce much evidence.
This guy was literally a reactionary,
This guy was a counter revolutionary!
1:27 Former South African Police Officer and Spy Craig Williamson saying that it’s a soldier’s duty to defend and attack the enemy at all costs.
A very (short) interesting video.
I am fan of graig Williamson and you?
evil man
I thought the little daughter Kathryn was 6 years old, not 8
What does he mean when he says that it's what the Anc did to other people

That is, the armed wing of the anc with that impossible to pronounce long name
@@SithembisoNokula annihilate it!
craig williamson was kind of a badass.
He is very arrogant,he don't show remos.
If he showed remorse you would say they are crocodile tears
That's not arrogance. Arrogant people pretend to be something they are not, or that others are less than they are. He doesn't pretend he is. Eugene De Cock apparantly showed remorse, and also expressed his desire to talk to the families of his numerous victims. Williamson indeed does not show remorse, so he probably was a hardliner, still feeling comfortable with what he did. Odd thing: De Cock ended up in jail, Williamson not... Just shows you that....
Craig Williamson may have done awful things in the world's eye, while he believed he was right in doing so. He was a soldier at the time. He did what soldiers do. What interests me the most, is that he did not sugarcoat any, not even his motive to apply to the TRC. Most importantly, he took responsibility for his actions. Which of his superiors did? He demonstrated integrity. If you would admit it or not, it speaks of a strong character. Besides, he was willing to and did walk through hell, so you and I could live in a peaceful heaven. Or are you still convinced the APARTHEID regime was the only killer of innocent lives?
Eugene De Cock also took responsability, but seemed less sure it all served a good purpose. And he was very bitter about politicians using semantics to make sure they remained out of jail. Both sides did what they thought they had to do, a bit like the jews and the Palestinians in the Near East, the French Army in Algeria and the FLN etc. One can not really say it must have been pleasant times, and many innocent people got caught between the violence of both sides, a bit like now in Ukraine. Apartheid is gone now, but one cannot say the RSA has become a dream society, nor that the poorest parts of the population have made much progress on the social ladder. Zuma was a terrible shame, yet another old guy desperately clinging to power, seeing himself as a lion, but being nothing more than a corrupt pathetic despote....
He is Anglo afrikaner
I would love to write his biography. I may not necessarily agree with all he did or how he did all, still, any war has innocent casualties. I would rather blame the government or political party or rebel group, etc. that started or caused the war, and the people that elected or supported or bought them.
He is a great man
Go back in europe
KAK!!!!
With that attitude you gonna live your children and grandchildren in a mess
