  • Suplexes in wrestling are seen as some of the defining techniques of the combat sport. However, that does not mean that they are easy to do. Far from it. The front suplex in particular needs a lot of drilling and practise in order to get it right.

      Slowly with a matt aslong as you pop the other person shouldn't land on their head or you could use a dummy

    When your arms are down on his lower back and youre now on the in squat position, his center of gravity must be behind the center of gravity of your squat is that right?

    This is very clear, but how muscled-up should I be do this ? For exemple to throw a 75kg man.

    No one even natural reaction will allow you a tempo of two moves to perform your aim.nayuraly I would place my weight back, sweep your legs or lower my body weight. This is the same as traditional Kung Fu Kata at this point
