- You can't win spars. Sparring is for learning techniques and practising what you have learnt under pressure against increasingly better partners. Even the best boxers can be caught off guard in sparring. it's all about developing your character and staying calm in the heat!

If you dump these into the video description CZcams will break the video up into chapters.
@@EagleTopGaming ohh was trying to figure this out lol
This is one hella good sparring sessions. No flashy just simple basic fundamentals. Thanks for the video🙏
Calmness = Awareness. You know all the possible routes your opponent takes when hes engaging, or know how to disengage with minimal damage
marwans footwork is really good, hes gonna become a great fighter as he grows
Idk about really good, it’s def a strength of his
@@mnonodzilala8508 well considering his age i think it was pretty good. idk his age but to me he looks like maybe 13
@@herrschniedler4207 compared to the rest of his peers there then for sure, and you’re right I don’t know his age or experience, like I said it’s def one of his strengths that he can build sround
@@mnonodzilala8508 yeah
@@mnonodzilala8508 to use footwork like that comfortably and consistently like that in sparring is really good go to all your local boxing guys id be surprised if 10% of the guys could work like this guy. Go back to playing video games
You can win in sparring if you set a goal of a technique or idea you want to practice. Then stick to the pre determined game plan. You win!
I agree!
i win sparring when i KO the begginers I'm facing by pretending to be a beginner too
@@lordhandsomeswag1854 Worst type of sparring partner right here...
This was amazing, these kids are very controlled and very tactful
Man, loved this type of video. Please more!
Why is there so many people watching this sparring?
this is the correct and effective sparring in my opinion! Without very much strong and good technique they have a good safe training
Good controlled spar.
And the Voiceover is very good!
Good video! Much love to you guys from Wales
Holy shit. This is the most controlled boxing sparring I've seen on CZcams. I train kickboxing/Muay Thai and always wondering why boxers spar so much harder than practitioners of other striking arts.
Thanks man I appreciate it!
Good content!
Nice head movement and footwork 👌
More videos like this please!
this was fun to watch
Top video mate keep it up 👊
Beautiful 👏
Awesome channel
Learned a lot from this video
i can tell a boxer is good when i see how steady their head is when moving and punching
This switching to light sparring is a good thing; no need to have the strongest punches if not a match.
I was the 1,000 subscriber. Congrats beo
Thank for the knowlegd will heps me a lot in the training. :)
Good luck!
This is what it SHOULD look like.
a lot of good masters are also well aware about the biomechanics of their actions. they have professional physical fitness trainers educations along. this helps with saving energy, or just adjusting to the conditions of a fights such as power of punches etc.
Yes, can't do it all yourself, saves time
Dance classes, horsequats, pushups and brickwalls
Red shoes guy is SO good
Any tips for fight nerves I won my first fight but i almost gave up because of nerves the second one I completely shut down and gave up. Im not bad skill wise but my nerves hold me back. Any tips?
This is great, where do you guys train out of? Looks like a good boxing culture with educated boxers
This is Ballas gym in Melbourne, good team
I need a gym that spars like this
When Marwan fights anyone with any real speed and aggression, he'll get rocked. Keeps his left hand way to low and way too often (I understand he's just learning) and when he blocks his face, hands are so high, he'll get crushed by body shots. Decent movement, though. Keep it up!
I was just impressed that nobody let their ego take flight! I suppose that because it’s in a chill country and not America though. The likelihood of a light sparring session escalating to a full on brawl in a lot of gyms in America is roughly 50%. I’m not saying all, there are plenty good gyms where that shit won’t fly, but for every one of those, there’s one that’s proportionally shit. I always thought that there was an unspoken agreement in any form of sparring that you hit as hard as you’re willing to be hit, but that requires some level of trust and respect (which, let’s be honest, we Americans aren’t necessarily world famous for having in spades), so there’s always the potential for fuckery, even in some top tier spaces. Anyway, I apologize for the long winded comment. Great video, I enjoyed it. Will be perusing the back catalogue for a while.
Be on your tiktoks good dude fr
I wanna know something is this a boxing convention where you bring your gloves and gear to spar ?
Im still a rookie in training so im just genuinely asking. Marwans footwark and movement is really good, but isn’t he leaving his head to unprotected for a counter?
Always fine tuning to be done, his coach will manage this
Yes
Connor's got to be more active with his left and get his head out of the way on those lunging body shots
Dont bash each other good advice
Hahah, works 💪
devon haney ryan garcia spar yuppppp
Sparring is about winning and testosterone
If a kid comes in 6’7 and is a Gypsy, probably a good boxer.
Why does that event look like a comic con lol
Melb fitness Expo, Sting sponsored this exhibition
my first sparring was a combat ☠☠☠
Jesus loves us all ✝️❣️ stay kind and positive be humble
tf is that 10oz vs 20oz?
There’s no chapter 1 lol
I've uploaded it, Under a different heading, but I might keep this one
haney a bit bigger than looking good
You don’t say. No shit 😂😂😂😂😂
Why do they look so stiff
They are beginners and Amateurs
@@BoxingSecrets oh
They look very sharp and educated especially as amateurs
how do they look stiff? i think theyre moving great. impressive head movement and counters from red shoes too
Audience probably
This is incredible how come these kids Spar soul controllably well?
Here in the US I have never met a kid to spar this controllably well. Every sparring session is an outright war, so they end up stupid before they're 30 . Amazing!!
I suppose it's the culture. I'm helping to control the spar, Boxing is a sport but it is a fight!
@@BoxingSecrets Yes, and we ARE taking shots to the brain which was not designed to take the chronic jolts that are had in our sport .
@@kubikiribasara3499 Yes, unfortunate part of the sport and the goal is to minimise unnecessary punishment
