  • Crack the code to predict your average daily attendance and supercharge your member conversion strategies! 📈
In this video, we dissect the numbers behind three distinct average daily attendance goals: 25, 50, and 75 members. Let's break down the math and the strategy for each:
To reach your desired average daily attendance, the key is in your total active roster. Our calculations reveal that the total active roster should be 2.5x your average daily goal.
To achieve an average daily attendance of:
    - 25 people, you'll need 62 total members.
    - 50 attendees, you'll need 125 members on your roster.
    - 75 people, you'll need 187 total members on your roster.
In essence, the strength of your active roster directly influences your average daily attendance! 📊🎯
It's also important to understand your conversion ratios. Once you know these you can accurately predict the number of new leads, tours and guest passes you'll need to hit your average daily attendance goals.
A good rule of thumb is to understand that you'll convert (30%) of Leads, (50%) of Tours, and (80%) Guest Passes.
    Now let's breakdown the math:
🔹For an average daily attendance of 25:
    Math Breakdown:
    25 x 2.5 = 62 Total Members
    Leads: 62 Total ÷ 30% = 206 Leads
    Tours: 62 Total ÷ 50% = 124 Tours
    Guest Passes: 62 Total ÷ 80% = 78 Guest Passes
    Explanation:
To achieve a consistent 25 attendees daily, focus on garnering 206 leads, conducting 124 tours, and distributing 78 guest passes. This strategy acknowledges that not every lead or tour will convert, hence the need to outreach more aggressively.
    🔹For 50 attendees:
    Math Breakdown:
    50 x 2.5 = 125 Total Members
    Leads: 125 Total ÷ 30% = 417 Leads
    Tours: 125 Total ÷ 50% = 250 Tours
    Guest Passes: 125 Total ÷ 80% = 156 Guest Passes
    Explanation:
Doubling your attendance requires nearly double the effort. Aim for 417 leads, offer 250 tours, and have 156 guest passes at the ready. Given the increased target, your team's dedication to each aspect of the conversion funnel becomes crucial.
    🔹Aiming for 75 daily attendees?
    Math Breakdown:
    75 x 2.5 = 187 Total Members
    Leads: 187 Total ÷ 30% = 623 Leads
    Tours: 187 Total ÷ 50% = 374 Tours
    Guest Passes: 187 Total ÷ 80% = 234 Guest Passes
    Explanation:
For the ambitious goal of 75 daily attendees, the outreach should be extensive. Targeting 623 leads, ensuring 374 prospective members get a firsthand tour, and having 234 guest passes in circulation will pave the way. Consistency and quality in engagement are key here.

How do you schedule those enrolled to attend without exceeding your capacity/day?

We have an estimated daily attendance log that we use to gauge our attendance each day. Also, our internal max capacity is less than what were licensed to accommodate. For instance, we are licensed for 60 people per day but our internal max is 50 people which gives us the flexibility. In most cases, are estimated attendance is pretty accurate + or - 5 people.
