The box storage with a suction wall doesn´t only has the 3 extra advantages of a storage system with a pressure wall but has 2 extra advantages:
1) An extremely high drying capacity, because the ventilation works with an under pressure forcing the air molecules farther apart and there for giving more space to the water molecules within the air.
2) A very homogeneous air flow through the product. Every onion or potato is ventilated with exactly the same amount air.
