- A little backstory to this event, I usually ask the client about a week or two before the event what time I can come in, just because some halls timing depend on if they have other events before yours. This client booked her hall from 5pm to 1am, thinking she could come in prior to the event time and set things up. It turned out that in that timeline (5pm - 1am) she had to decorate, host and clean up her event. The baby shower originally began at 6:30, which only gave me an hour and a half to set up 10 tables, that had tablecloths, centerpieces, charger plates and linen napkins, as well as 80 chairs that had chair covers and sashes, the main decor ( the candy cart, the boxwood hedge wall with the leaves on it and the balloons), the floating animals and the main entrance balloon decor. I know what your thinking, is that even possible? Honestly, you can have a team of 10 and have the clients family help and it still won’t be done. So we had to take some things off the invoice, and ultimately agree on when people started to come in then I had to stop decorating and whatever was finished was finished. The floating animals were not able to be placed on the ceilings because the owner of hall did not allow it.

Looks great. Cute centerpieces too. But I probably would have used about half as many balloons so it may not have looked as good lol. Anyway, I love the color combo too.

Gracias 🤍 Yo la ordene por Amazon, pero ya tengo como 5 años con ella. Algunas veces las que estan en Amazon son un verde muy palido, puedes comprar pintura en aerosol y pintarla de un verde mas oscuro para que luzca como la mia.

Oh wow, the balloon garlands are over the top beautiful, love love it all, I read your comments about the challenge you had with the time to set up, you did a phenomenal job 👏👏👏, about how many balloons did you use, and where did you buy those large stuffed animals ? 🌹
Thank you 😊💜 I used about 150 balloons of each color, not including the 5". I always use about two packs of the 5" balloons, each pack brings 50 balloons. Because of the balloon shortage I was not able to find 18" or 24" balloons in alot of my colors and had to work with the 11" the best I could. And I rented the animals from another event planner.

Also did you tie the garland to the candy cart with 260s?
Hello, I got it from efavormart. I'll link it in this comment. Its the 10ft adjustable backdrop stand. Its great for heavy backdrops, or outside events. Or even just to move up from using the smaller backdrop stands.
Yes, I tie all my garlands to everything with 260's or if its visible, fishing line.

I been looking at that one from efavormart but didnt know if i should get it for my upcoming event .. will definitely get it..
@@wilnidegeorges I used the top pipe from my other heavy duty stand bc I couldn't find the pipe to that stand, which was black and adjustable. But I do also have the crossbar attachment as well. I bought it from efavormart as well.

Hello, I make clusters of 6 ( I put 3 pairs of balloons together) and then take one kneck of a balloon from one cluster and tie it to another cluster. In the giraffe babyshower video, I show you a close us of how I do that.

@@shawnteosby9517 it looks messy at first, but just trust the process and let it dry on the balloon. Some how it seems to spread and doesn't look like the dripping look, like when you spray it at first
