Thank you for sharing so transparently. I had a health scare last year and got interested in health. I resonate with the theory that many people, especially black women like ourselves, hold trauma in our bodies in the fascia and DNA, and that stuck energy causes disease and disability. We hold personal trauma, as well as collective and ancestral trauma. I resonate with different ways to release and heal it, like trauma-informed yoga, shadow work, and inner child work, all of which are discussed widely on CZcams. I also got into other forms of detox (eating organic as much as possible, filtering water I drink and in the shower, using homemade cleaners and essential oils, dye and fragrance free detergent, etc.). I realized that companies prioritize profit over consumer health, so I had to take on that responsibility more instead of thinking they wouldn’t use harmful ingredients. It was a whole lifestyle change. I don’t know if I will avoid illness, but at least I will know I did the best I could. I wish you great health and peace. 💚✌🏽🙏

Health is wealth and outside of your relationship with God - nothing is more important. My son turns 21 this year and when he was younger - that was always something I said to myself and God - please just let me live long enough to see him as a full grown adult taking care of himself and not needing to rely on anyone else. Take it from someone who was diagnosed in my 30s with thalassemia and in my 40s with BRCA gene mutation-knowing is a blessing. The amount of appointments I go to now to monitor my health and stay on top of things is crazy - but that is God letting me know that HE has my back (but I have to do my part) and the same holds true for you. Whatever it is - HE will bring you through it. Stay on top of your mental, physically and emotional well-being and God will do the rest. 🙏🏾 #LOVEANDLIGHT #BLESSED #GODSGOTYOU

🙏🙏🙏 for you. I know what you are going through. I have fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and is diabetic. I'm still working a full time job. My husband gets mad, because I'm too tired to wanna do anything outside of the norm and I wanna stay in bed on my off days. I'm off 3 days a week, on my last work day I come home and get ready for bed, whatever comes first, if I wake up in the middle of the night I start doing my house cleaning or when I'm awakened by alarm to take my insulin and etc. I start my house cleaning. babee, don't let it be a wash day😭❤. I'm thankful my son is grown and I have to just deal with myself❤
