This is a gorgeous stone cottage set in a Magnificent landscaped garden in the village of lousa, Castelo Branco

There is no bathroom, however with an architec and application to the town hall a bathroom is permitted as the house is situated in the village and has access to the sewerage system. yes it is 87,000 euros. We have just had an update regarding this property, the urban boundry of the village has increased and therefore the property is within the urban boundry and can be made into an urban article with a new cadeneta. The current owners bought this as rustic and have create a stunning garden . Take into account that most urban plots sell at 400 and 500 m2 for a plot, this is double the size has an existing building, although historic can be increased and one floor can be made above. 87,000 for this land and house is a fair price. If your looking for less I have other properties, but you wont find a proiperty with a garden landscaped sucha as this one. It is also only 15 to 20 mins from castelo branco
