I have no one to talk to, but my dog Taco. He is Spanish speaking, and I and English. We can’t understand a word that we speak to each other.
He is a Chihuahua. He was my father-in-laws dog. I cared for my FIL until he passed away and promised him I would care for Taco. My husband and in-laws are all deceased. I was so close to my in laws and the day they got Taco. That little pup was so tiny, he would fit in your pocket. He is a white Deer Head Chihuahua. I spoiled him and always cared for him if my in-laws were sick in the hospital. My husband, son and I would always sneak Taco a few bites of meat from the table when we ate Sunday Dinners at their home.
Gosh!!! I miss them all so much, but Taco has been a blessing to me. He brings up so many wonderful memories.
My son works on a tug/dredge boat on the Mississippi River. 23 days on 10 days off. I have a one year old granddaughter and a grandson due at end of October start of November. They live two hours away.
I have been terribly sick this week and now. I have a bad case of bronchitis and my right lung hurts really bad when I cough and take deep breaths. I went to the ER yesterday evening about that and they said, “ I didn’t have pneumonia.”
I had been to the doctor the day before, and didn’t have these hurting symptoms of this nature. As long as I lie on my right side, the pain is not so bad.
I was given a double breathing treatment and order prednisone and told to continue the medication ordered by the doctor the day before.
I love watching you do crafts and DIY’s. You make me laugh and take my mind off of things going on in my life right now. At this moment, I prefer not to laugh. Laughing is painful. Your Frankenstein is the BEST looking Frankenstein I have ever seen. I have no idea how to spell the other word? …..dorfz????

We don't do the Fall decor and pumpkins etc in Australia. But I love watching your Fall diy decore. I really love the colours and brought back a pile of Fall leaves and gorgeous Fall ribbons for crafting when in was in Canada back in 2018. I already have my girlfriend in Canada gathering more Fall craft items for me, as I am going to be Canada next Spring (yeahhhh). You keep doing what you do, inspiring us all with your gorgeous creations, and if someone has a dig at you again ask them why they are so unhappy that they need to transfer such unpleasantness on others.

I’m crying so hard right now, Kathy Jo! I had back to back strokes in November 2017…before that, I didn’t have ANY problems sounding intelligent. Since then, I have had trouble speaking and remembering simple words. I stopped writing, drawing, painting and playing/singing music …and over the course of this last year have become a complete hermit 🥺. This is the first time I have watched one of your videos, and you are already inspiring me to come back out of my shell! I watch a ton of videos and do some of my own crafts that have been inspired by videos that I have watched, and hardly ever comment…but YOU, Kathy Jo, have touched me and my shriveled up heart today. When you said “please don’t think I am stupid because of the way I talk,” it hit me in the feels deeply, and I just want to hug you so tight and let you know that I know how you feel and that you’re not alone! And yes, I like the back two eggs tilted inwards-it is just adorable and now I will be looking for these eggs next Easter. lol The napkin tags are gorgeous, even the tall leaf pole/bucket was cool looking, loved the leaves and how you did them. I might sound like a weirdo but one of my very favorites is the one pumpkin on the stick with the slats that you painted different colors. Love, love, love it!! I love the whole piece too. Love you! You have to try the iron-on method again for the Mod Podge (MD). Steps:
1. Put layer of MD on your project
2. Let dry
3. Put napkin, tissue paper, paper, etc. on the MD
4. Cover the napkin, paper, etc. with parchment paper
5. Iron with hot iron - no steam. Keep the iron moving. You can use the cricut iron too.
6. Paper with be smooth, no wrinkles or bumps.
7. Sand the edges if needed

I’ve never once thought you were THAT word! If someone has called you that they are an idiot! You crack me up, I watch for the crafts but also your good for laughs! You make me smile! Stay just the way you are!
Kathy, I'm going to give you an excellent easy way to mod podge napkins to wood! Put a good even layer of mod podge down on the surface you want to put your napkin down on and let it dry; once dry, lay your prepared napkin down, put a piece of parchment paper on top of the napkin and use a craft iron on high no steam and iron the napkin down the heat from the iron activates the mod podge again! You get a near-perfect napkin!!!
