Susan has an incredible story. Talk about an inspiration. I'm sure you noticed her odd behavior in her 1st audition. She had always been told that she was deprived of oxygen at birth that had cause a slight brain defect. After her experience on BGT, Simon kind of took her under his wing and helped her establish what became an amazing singing career. Then. in recent history, it was discovered that she suffers from Asperger Syndrome not oxygen deprivation. She lives a much more normal life now and still tours and sings around the world .
she's written a book "The Woman I Was Born To Be - My Story" I highly recommend .
The whole story behind Susan Boyle's rise to fame is amazing and inspiring, and through it all, she has remained a very humble and modest person. I'm so happy that she finally got that well-deserved golden buzzer confetti moment...she truly is one class act!! Thanks for bringing this to us, Travis!!
Anybody Simon thinks he can make money off of right off the bat will not win that show as they will be locked into touring for the show for at least one year. That's why you see Ruben studdard win against Clay aikens who was clearly the favorite who went on to have a singing career what is Ruben studdard doing nowadays 😂 also Susan is on the high end of the autism scale a lot of people don't know that so when all that Fame hit her so quickly she had a breakdown but she's okay now

You had me laughing so hard because of the faces you were making showing how surprised you were at how beautiful this lady can sing, and you also showed real appreciation for what you were hearing. I saw a video clip of Susan in her younger days singing on the small circuit and the guy does something very disrespectful by getting down on the floor, laying on his back and looking up her dress just so he can get a laugh from the audience. This shocked me. I'm so glad to see Susan in the glory that she truly deserves today ❤

I had never seen this one before and I thank you so much for sharing it. I remember my wife had shared with me her initial BGT audition of Memory, I am a HUGE Andrew Lloyd Weber fan and CATS is my all time emotional production, so when she shared it with me I was intrigued because personally I don't/didn't think anyone could do that song justice other than Elaine Paige, boy was I wrong. I thought then that she deserved more than just 3 yes's, she needed the golden buzzer. I am so happy to see her get it on this one, Susan is an amazing singer.
Her initial bgt song was I dreamed a dream from Le Miserables..
In her original audition, she wanted to sing like Elaine Page. She actually got to sing a duet with Elaine. You can search it on CZcams.

Only Collabro has sold more albums than Susan Boyle in terms of those that competed on BGT. The one thing was shared is that we were both properly diagnosed with autism at a later age in life (I was 48 - 52 now - when properly diagnosed by doctors).
I remember watching Susan she she was on BGT , I subsequently then watched it again on CZcams, like 100 times throughout the years. I still get goosebumps. Incredible👏👏👏👏 and so humble.
Another amazing and very humble performance on BGT which was now 10 years ago was Charlotte and Johnathan , they have now parted company but you should hear Jonathan now. Incredible. Beautiful voice. You should react to the audition and then Nesum Dorma in his office at home. In Simon Cowells very own word "wow wow wow. He is quiet successful now and has done concerts in America. His fans travel from all over the world just to hear him sing. Oh , he was only 47 when he first appeared on BGT. I really hope you find the time to react to him.
Adam Lambert was runner up and now tours with Roger Taylor & Brian May as Queen+AL! Very successfully too!

She started busking when she was ten her mum died when she was nine she plays piano guitar and fantastic singer has fans worldwide and still busks every week in Dublin Ireland check her on utube she has ,5-4 million subscribers just fab she's only ,17 she has recorded 980 videos so you have plenty to pick from voice very emotional but not sad kinda haunting

the reason she didn't win britains got talent is because the pressure became too overwhelming for her and it came out in her voice - but of course, she is consequently a huge winner
The Champions show was ridiculous. It was based on the votes from just 50 people. And one person got voted out and then was let back in by Simon and then got 2nd place. The concept was good but the implementation was not. As to Susan, she is a wonderful singer and I hope she continues doing what she loves and is able to make a great living at it.

Have you heard of the show Wayne? It's an amazing CZcams original and sadly it was left without a platform when youtube decided to stop doing fictional shows and focus only to creater shows. Amazon prime might do a second season if it gets enough views so Wayne definitely deserves some love! You should check it out. It's only 10 episodes.

I hope you will consider reacting to Disturbed's cover of the old Simon and Garfunkel classic "Sounds of Silence", the live performance on the Conan O'Brien show. The official video is artistic and very good but he won a Grammy for that live performance on Conan, it was magical. He was truly in the zone. It's amazing.

Yes Susan Boyle and Ashleigh Butler with her dog Pudsey are the two biggest acts to come from bgt..but Susan IS THE BIGGEST STAR definitely.. she still lives in the same house..yes she's a millionaire but except for a bit of home improvements..some nice dresses and jewellery she is still the same quiet kind lady.. please review her singing Madonna 's You'll See..its brilliant..BETTER than Madonna in my humble opinion..
