No matter how good an apartment is......we will always end up detecting mistakes...... colour,light,design and what not......and as far as price is concerned,it depends on the price per sq ft.....that's it.....I live in a 800 sq ft apartment and to me this is luxury
I m just a 2nd year medical student now but I hope someday I will gift such an apartment to my parents ( I know it's gonna take a lot of hard work and persistence....)

That’s nearly 1 million dollars for an average looking apartment. Indian realty market is bonkers. For the same money, you’ll get a truly luxurious villa with pool and all the bells and whistles in last Vegas and other parts of USA. This horrible flat isn’t worth more than 50lakhs.

Who is the interior designer???? He must be high on substance while designing the color scheme. Colors are rather dull, chock a block of furniture sets. It looks more a discounted furniture showroom.
