- As we shift our focus from external to internal it requires a complete knowing of self. For many this may seem selfish and counter intuitive to the oneness idea that we see and feel within non-duality, and the recognition of I AM.
However, through taking this time to focus on the internal, to follow a singular, solo path we are able to extend and express love far greater through doing so.
It would not be beneficial for one who has not trodden this path, and felt its experience to discuss or share teachings on it. It requires a deep knowingness and understanding of truth to help others reach that same place. Thus taking the time to completely focus on yourself, and finding the Self is incredibly important for all of us.

Realization, liberation, are also so helpful ...but Love is the whole point, .. including You, Love Yourself from the Love that you Are.

The hardest part for me is transitioning from behaving like I’m being it to being it. Often if I’m not careful I will still be operating subconsciously and nonpresentl. And it’s hard because the change is conscious. It is is very easy to just kind of, autopilot even this journey unless it’s obvious not to
Right at the very end of this when you started talking about what the eyes couldn't see, the truth is what we can't see, I looked at the time and it was 1:11. I needed to hear this. Faith is the assurance of what you can't see or feel at the time. Thank you for this!

It's interesting what you say about prayer, because I've always felt I lack faith. But to believe in something external to myself that I can't see (like an angel) seemed like delusion. So I want faith but I don't want to delude myself.
Just read the Tao Te Ching for the first time...great read if you havent yet. This crazy world is forcing people back into spirituality.
Yes it seems there is a big shift at the morning towards spirituality, it's truly wonderful to see and be a part of! ✨🙏
Spiirtual Path leads to the death of the Ego and the realization of Oneness of life.
Then, How can be Selfish?
Only an ignorant mind believes that the Spiritual path has to do with the ego or an enlightened Ego or that is Selfish
I feel Atman that you did not watch my whole video, as you will see that I go on to say exactly this. You have to remember that many people are on different parts of their paths. Some still identifying as ego, some transcending it. It's important to appreciate all parts of the journey and know that some are still having to use ego and 'selfishness' in order to transcend their beliefs. Be kind to all parts of the process 🙏 there is no right or wrong, there is in fact no ego or concept of selfishness - therefore it doesn't matter what language is used - it's all a nothing
A team full of passers won't score any points.
If everyone were selfless it would defeat the purpose of being selfless.
