The labour force of the United Arab Emirates is primarily made up of foreign temporary workers, most of whom come from the Indian subcontinent and other parts of the Arab World and Asia. There is a sizeable number of Westerners, the majority of them being British and Americans.
Human rights violations
NPR reported that workers "typically live eight to a room, sending home a portion of their salary to their families, whom they usually don't see for years at a time." The BBC has reported that "local newspapers often carry stories of construction workers allegedly not being paid for months on end. They are not allowed to move jobs and if they leave the country to go home they will almost certainly lose the money they say they are owed." Additionally, most of the workers are forced to give up their passports upon entering Dubai, making it very difficult to return home. In September 2005, the Minister of Labour ordered one company to pay unpaid salaries within 24 hours after workers protested, and published the name of the offending company.
In December 2005, the Indian consulate in Dubai submitted a report to the Government of India detailing labor problems faced by Indian expatriates in the emirate. The report highlighted delayed payment of wages, substitution of employment contracts, premature termination of services and excessive working hours as being some of the challenges faced by Indian workers in the city. On 21 March 2006, workers at the construction site of Burj Khalifa, upset over bus timings and working conditions, rioted: damaging cars, offices, computers, and construction tools.
The city's discriminatory legal system and unequal treatment of foreigners has been brought to light by its alleged attempts to cover up information on the rape of Alexandre Robert, a 15-year-old French-Swiss national, by three locals, one of whose HIV-positive status was hidden by the authorities for several months and by the recent mass imprisonment of migrant laborers, most of whom were from India, on account of their protests against poor wages and living conditions.
The alleged labour injustices in Dubai have attracted the attention of various Human Rights groups, which have tried to persuade the government to become a signatory to two of the International Labour Organization's 7 core conventions, which allows for the formation of labour unions. The Dubai government has denied any kind of labour injustices and has stated that the watchdog's (Human Rights Watch) accusations were misguided.
Prostitution, though illegal by law, is conspicuously present in the emirate because of an economy that is largely based on tourism and trade. Research conducted by the American Center for International Policy Studies (AMCIPS) found that women from the former USSR and Ethiopian women are the most common prostitutes, as well as women from some African countries, while Indian prostitutes are part of a well-organized trans-Oceanic prostitution network.A 2007 PBS documentary entitled Dubai: Night Secrets reported that prostitution in clubs is tolerated by authorities and many foreign women work there without being coerced, attracted by the money.
The United Arab Emirates has a colossal number of migrant workers, with foreigners making up a whopping 88.5% of the total workforce in the UAE - a total of around 8 million people. In fact, the private sector (the part of the economy which is run by individuals and private companies and is not state controlled) is comprised of 99.5% migrant workers.
Of these migrant workers in the UAE, 20% of those are construction workers who are overwhelmingly men from South Asian countries (namely India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) who are illiterate and from impoverished rural communities. They come to Dubai in search of a better life after being promised food, accommodation and good salaries* in exchange for 9-5 construction work 5 days a week.

= > अपने बनाने वाले को पहचानो इससे पहले की मौत आ जाए और तुम पछताते हुए रह जाओ , अल्लाह से माफी मांगो वह बड़ा माफ करने वाला , रहम करने वाला , तमाम तारीफ उसी के लिए हैं ।
= > तुम्हारा दिल धड़क रहा तुम सांस ले रहे , मौत बुढ़ापा , क्या तुम यह रोक सकते हो ? इससे साबित होता है कि तुम पर तुम्हारी हुकूमत नहीं है उस अल्लाह की है जो सब कुछ बनाने वाला है , कुरान में एक आयत का महफूम है कि " उसकी शान यह है कि वह जब किसी चीज का इरादा करता है कह देता है के हो जा तो वह हो जाता है "
= > जिसको अल्लाह के सिवा पूजा जाता है , अगर सभी एक साथ मिल भी जाए तो एक मक्खी नहीं बना सकते , अगर मक्खी उन पर बैठ जाए तो उसे उड़ा नहीं सकते , और मक्खी अगर उनसे छीन कर कुछ ले जाए तो उसे छुड़ा नहीं सकते , अगर गिर जाए तो उठ नहीं सकते , टूट जाए तो जुड़ नहीं सकते और कुछ बना नहीं सकते खुद बनाए जाते हैं ।
= > अल्लाह ना बीवी रखता है ना औलाद वह बेनियाज़ है , उसे किसी खाने पीने , औरत बच्चे की जरूरत नहीं , वह किसी चीज का मोहताज नहीं बल्कि सब उसके मोहताज है , अल्लाह को ना ऊंघ आती है ना नींद वह हमेशा हमेशा से जिंदा है और हमेशा हमेशा जिंदा रहेगा
= > जिसने तुम्हें बनाया है गंदे पानी की कुछ बूंदों से ( मां बाप से ) फिर वो गंदा पानी उसने आंख कान नाक में हड्डियों नसों में , धड़कते दिल तुम्हारे सोचते दिमाग बोलती हुई जुबान में , बदल दिया बताओ कितनी बड़ी शान वाला है अल्लाह । क्या यह सब अपने आप ही बन गए ? क्या इन्होंने अपने आप ही आकार ले लिया ? या इनको तुमने बनाया है ?
1) सबसे पहला अल्लाह का हुकुम यह है कि यकीन हो उस अल्लाह पर यानी कि अल्लाह के सिवा कोई दूसरा इबादत के लायक नहीं मोहम्मद सल्लल्लाहु अलेही वसल्लम अल्लाह के बंदे आखरी पैगंबर रसूल है ।
2) दूसरा हुकुम पांच वक्त की नमाज का है जिस ने जानबूझकर ये पांच वक्त की नमाज छोड़ी वो काफिर हो गया ।
= > ध्यान रखो कि मुहम्मद सल्लल्लाहू अलेही वसल्लम एक मक्खी नहीं बना सकते वह मोहताज हैं । अवतार यानी पैगंबर की भी पूजा नहीं हो सकती पहले भी पैगंबर आए हैं और कुरान की तरह पहले भी किताबें उतरी हैं अल्लाह की तरफ से ।
एक आयत का मफुम है कि " ऐ पैगंबर अगर तुम वही ऐ इलाही के आने के बाद भी गैरों के रास्ते पर चलोगे तो तुमको हमारी पकड़ से बचाने वाला ना कोई दोस्त होगा ना कोई मददगार "
एक और आयत का माफुम है कि " अगर यह पैगंबर हमारी निस्बत कोई झूठ बना लाते तो हम इनका दाहिना हाथ पकड़ लेते और इनकी रगे गर्दन काट डालते फिर हमको इससे कोई रोकने वाला ना होता "
1.) या रसूल अल्लाह कहना ,मौला अली , या अली ,भर दो झोली मेरी या मोहम्मद , या हुसैन , दरगाह पर कब्रों पर सजदा करना , जिसकी मौत हो चुकी है उसको या कहकर पुकारना काफिर बना देता है। मातम मनाना मोहर्रम को , यह हराम है और । जबकि मुहम्मद सल्लल्लाहू अलेही वसल्लम पैगंबर ने यह सब चीजें नहीं बताई ।
या का मतलब होता है पुकारना।
जिसको मौत आ जाए उसको पुकारा नहीं जा सकता और अल्लाह हर जगह मौजूद है उसको पुकार सकते हैं ।
= ) मान लो अगर तुम्हारी मां जिंदा है तो तुम कहोगे या मां मुझे रोटी दे दो । तो मां तुम रोटी दे देगी ठीक है।
अब मान लो तुम्हारी मां को मौत आ जाती है और अब तुम्हारी मां तुम्हारे पास मौजूद ना होगी अब अगर तुमने यह कहा या मां मुझे रोटी दे दो।
तो तुम काफिर हो जाओगे क्योंकि तुम्हारी मां तुम्हारे पास मौजूद नहीं और अल्लाह हर जगह मौजूद है ।
तुम अल्लाह से कह सकते हो या अल्लाह मुझे रोटी दे दो मेरी मदद कीजिए या अल्लाह मुझ पर रहम फरमाए मैं माफी मांगता हूं या अल्लाह मुझे बख्श दीजिए ।
इसी वजह से , या रसूल अल्लाह , या अली मदद , या मदद अली , या साबिर , या हुसैन कहना ,काफिर बना देता है।
= > कहीं भी किसी दरगाह पर जाकर सजदा ना करना दरगाह वालों से जाकर दुआएं ना मांगना उन्हें खुद मौत आ चुकी है वह खुद अल्लाह के मोहताज है जैसे कि तुम मोहताज हो अल्लाह के सिवा किसी से भी ना मांगना यहां तक के इंसानों के सामने भी ज्यादा गिड़गिड़ाना गिड़गिड़ाना कुफर की तरफ ले जाता है।
कुरान अपनी भाषा में सुनो youtube पर उल्टी उल्टी चीजें देखने के बजाय तुम्हें पता लगे कि उस मालिक ने क्या हुकुम भेजा है

Once upon a time I was the same this life I have seen very closely, I remember when I used to have only 10 to 25 riyals in my pocket & still half of the month remaining .. it always make me think 1000 times should I go for have breakfast or just go with remaing roti left in the night. which just cost 3 riyals .. loved that chai wala's words " hum bhi gareeb hain wo bhi gareeb hain" so only charging 0.50 dhirams .

A big hug to the tea seller! His smile given his financial circumstances says so much about him as a person. He is trying to make ends meet for his family and yet he says "leave it" to the money! The less well to do are often so big hearted when it comes to such gestures maybe because they can empathise much more. Hope he is doing great and god bless him. There is so much of glamour and richness in Dubai but the real people behind the success of Dubai are these extremely hardworking individuals. Each and everyone has a story of struggle and hard life back home and these people's sacrifice to support their families back home. The chaiwala brother was definitely the highlight of this video, working so hard and just making 10 dirhams and still having a smile on his face is something we all human being should attempt to learn. I salute his hardwork and resilience and also his generosity that he did not want to charge you for the tea. The rich and affluent misers of the world need to learn from this poor man. @Pooja Sharma Pooja my dear alot of these kind of videos circulating in Indian watsapp groups are either fake, either out of context or by few people who have no stake in Pakistan or a common Pakistani don't accept them.
Have you noticed, in Pakistan we never had right wing extreme party in power. Either we have PPP, PMLn or now PTI but no religious or right wing party every took power. So you should understand this.
Secondly Mumbai can be act of few extremists but state was and will never will involved. How many times India was involved in destroying peace in Pakistan through their prxies, if any doubt then watch your major Gorya videos. Kulboshan Yadev is another example, do you think he was just an ordinary Indian citizen arrested in Pakistan. Do you think for Your ordinary Indian citizen government will go all the way to international court? My dear it's from both side so stop using this victim card.
In my personal opinion a common Indian knows so little about Pakistan, it's beauty, it's amazing infrastructure, it's people and progress.
You see us the way you look at North Indian Muslims who are financially and politically weak entity.
We have very little in common with UP, Delhi, Bihar Muslims so don't judge people of Pakistan through that lense.
Also you need to watch more independent and international media. Not some one sided biased resporting of Godi Media for Pakistan.
Biggest example was balakot strike. Indians celebrated and claimed they kill 300 people, I'm from region and I tell you 100% there were no damage to any thing except 6 trees. Watch Hamid Mir and Arshad sharif's news report.
So my suggestion for it.. Look at thing in human ways.
Imagine last year when your indian main stream media was shouting "Ab Corona ki mout mare ga Pakistan" honestly it's shame for Indian public who accepted this kind of noise. I cant imagine our top rated news channels saying these things and what happened at end. Pakistan came through easily from Corona waves with minimum loss and in India I don't have to tell you what happened.
So be positive, be human and look at things with unbiased approach.

I see this tea seller and my heart cries for such innocent people! I wish I was rich to love, take care of them and keep them with me! I would have been blessed by them by my side! The reality is I am a poor and can't do anything for him or them & the fucking rich to exploit them more!
