    Thank you Dr. Lee for wonderful explanation. Can you explain whether stem cells transplantation have any role in optic atrophy with some or poor VA, e.g. PL?

    Thank you! Could you tell us more on transsinsptic degeneration? You said it does not show clinically (funds examination) Would it show on OCT as GCC loss or RNFL loss?

    Thank you Dr. Lee. Makes a lot of sense. I have followed homonymous hemianopia (presumably secondary to cortical stroke) and have seen that corresponding homonymous parts of macula thins over time on OCT. Would you say that this is due to retrograde optic atrophy still? Even though LGN sits between cortex and retinal ganglion cells? You did mention that there are exceptions.
