I love how Ally was so close to giving Gorgug the Help action but Brennan baited them into interact with the vulture
This season so far has been Brennan just getting revenge on all of the intrepid heroes for all of the past seasons and I'm here for it! XD
I think Digby was already giving the help action at that point, and that's why he did it.
He knows his players extremely well and knows how to lure them in like Emily and the shrimp

I also love how defeated Murphy sounds "we just gotta hit' em *once"*
It really kind of sums up the whole "your actions have consequences Kristen Applebees." theme.
I really love how brennans strategy for baiting Beardsley is to specifically emphasize how ridiculous it would be
I desperately hope the Vulture dimension is full of out of place/semi mundane objects in a battlefield that do absolutely nothing despite how much you interact with them

I love how "gas leak" is the only thing that describes this energy, lol. I feel like the party is Chaotic Neutraling off the rails a bit but VULTURE DIMENSION kind of makes it worth it.
"Vultures famously love bread." Siobhan is just the best.
But man, the ending. That escalated quickly.

@@unexardiximarion1920 as are a lot of people tbh. season 1 was grounded and emotional, season 2 was less so, but still had serious moments and plotlines, this one is just a pile of spaghetti and cheap laughs.
I miss the vibes of the first season when they didn’t have a bunch of gimmicks and bits that overrode the plot. 😅 There’s still some incredibly funny stuff happening, for sure, but it feels like we’re teetering close to jumping the shark and I hate to say that.
@@unexardiximarion1920lou always kinda gets a look like this whenever brennan does these insane moments. like when Sophia talks to the carpenter in that one random scene in UC2, when brennan pulls the rug out from under her everyone is laughing but lou just looks completely blank.
so normally i'd say this is just how he reacts but honestly he looks like, upset, at this bit hahahaha.
Love that Community has added "gas leak year" to our cultural lexicon despite it being a throwaway joke about ridiculous network executive interference. That show always was streets ahead.
When they released previews for the season, I recall how Ally said that they wanted their narrative arc to be about Kristen Applebees facing the consequences of their decisions. But honestly - this season feels more like everyone *else* at the table has been facing the consequences of Kristen's decisions.

Cassandra literally died and Kristen is actually having to buckle down and be a good cleric for her I’d say that’s a huge consequence,,,,, it’s like you people are watching a completely different show or maybe only the CZcams clips lmao

She (kristen) literally has it easier academically than every character except maybe fig. Gorgug has it 3x harder than she does, fabian has it decently harder, adaine literally both has to spend downtime on a teenager job AND rolls academics with disadvantage. Kristen literally spends more time on class president bits (not even taking that seriously) than cleric. And class president was something she randomly decided to care about despite not caring.
So far Rizz has paid for kristens mistakes more than she has.

Something about the phrase "you are entering the vulture dimension" is so lexically pleasing to me. Not "I'm taking you to the vulture dimension," or "to the vulture dimension with you," but "you are entering the vulture dimension." It is too late. It is just going to happen.

Tbh as a DM I could tell Brennan was hinting at something, and I think Ally realised it too. I read it more as Ally being torn between being the party cleric and rolled the proverbial dice by willingly playing into Brennan's hand haha. You can see Zac also picked up on this vibe, since he thought Brennan was improvising something to help them but NOPE! They fell into the ole Player Trap!

I love all of them so much, but I absolutely love Zac this season
I *NEED* someone to animate the vulture talking, holy shit, it gets me everytime
It feels SO dark souls: "Interact with the Vulture" teleports you to some twisted other world
This table is so chaotic but I love how Emily, Zac, and Siobhan not only supported Ally's inner demons but also encouraged it and the pay off is somehow the best thing I've ever seen happen in adventuring party.
I'm so glad I didn't watch any spoilers for this episode 😂😂😂
