I feel like he’s picking the safe side to not get backlash from all them bandwagon buds fans and all honesty boots definitely up there and I see boots taking that win no matter what it is and I would bet my money on boots bc all the bets will be on bud and boots as a big advantage of winning than anyone else that will triple the money you put on boots if he wins

I like Bud a lot. Best fighter in the world. However, his fans have become as obnoxious as Spence fans used to be. Why is everyone trashing Boots so hard? He's just a boxer trying to be great. Hopefully he gets to fight Bud. I'd favor Bud, but Boots has all the attributes to make that a very tough fight. If the odds are crazy I might even bet on Boots.

I really don't see much bashing on Boots. Just not a good move for Bud. Crawford had more trouble making weight for the Spence fight than Spence did. He made it clear he is moving up. I see Boots being the future at 147lbs and he should work his way towards that goal of unifying 147lbs since Crawford will have to vacate the titles now. This actually very good for Boots.

Crawford never got the Pacquiao fight. A lot of fighters never got a megafight that earlier in their career including the likes of Floyd, Wilder, Luis Ortiz, GGG, and so on. Ennis has to get in line like everyone else did.

@@earlybird107 Because it's fair. You don't get to go from entry-level to CEO early in your career. It's how things work. Those before you didn't, so why would you now get to do it? All of those fighters I've named and more had just as bad if not worse situations than Boots but still paid their dues to get what they deserved later on. Ennis is not the best fighter ever who couldn't get a mega fight when he just started boxing. So don't treat him like it.

Remember all those years people ducked Crawford and people kept saying he wasn't fighting anybody? Didn't he have to get in line too? Didn't Wilder have to wait forever? Didn't GGG? Didn't Luis Ortiz? Didn't Errol Spence? Boots is not special. Happens to every fighter. He has to get in line. Crawford is after bigger more dangerous fighters than Boots such as Canelo. He already beat guys who are better than Boots as well anyway so don't act like he's some sort of formidable challenge Crawford is afraid of.

Boots was the IBF mandatory for the Spence-Crawford winner, so he actually was in line to fight either one of them. He's not getting no shot at Canelo, and a guy named Madrimov with only 10 pro fights isn't a more dangerous fight than Boots is. There is not a single guy on Crawford's resume he fought Boots also would beat, and the former has made every single excuse in the book not wanting to fight that boy. He is a formidable challenge, since Crawford and others who campaigned at 147 didn't want any smoke in the first place.
