-He is referring to something like a miracle that happened because the kitten (not a cat) became a goat. The word "goat" here not just literally refer to an animal only but to an acronym of G.O.A.T. as the same time.

-Rappers in the Philippines sometimes refer the word dish as their "rap skills" he is trying to say here that by serving a lot of "dish" (rap skills) you will think that his dish will look like it was served by a big canteen since most of the public big canteen in the Philippines serves almost all of the food available in Filipino cuisine.
