Sir the way you explain the features, it sounds that we will get cashback in such a way that it will be adjusted in our bill. Even you also know that u will get points first and that too have to redeemed against vouchers or cashback. And in the redemption process we have to pay 99+GST for that. But actuall cashback credit cards work in different way. Like amazon pay or Flipkart or HSBC, here the entire cashback amount gets adjusted in the next month bill without any additional charges. So kindly don't explain in direct CASHBACK point of view. It creates more confusion..
Watching you I took axis indian oil credit card because I thought I will get cashback. But in reality it's actually points which are getting accumulated and that I have to redeem against vouchers by paying an additional charge and also not getting CASHBACK directly....
You definitely do a great job..but kindly tell in the way it should be without creating confusion.

These people are unlikely to get credit cards from other banks.
