Do you guys flip the welded structure over to weld the opposite side? I like the way you layout the frames but the bottom side can't be easily welded.

That's what I always wondered. He mentioned off hand they just screw in a stud to mount to using screws.

It would have to be self-drilling "Tek" screws.

What are the benefits to using a weld structure as opposed to a red iron bolt together building? Also, how close together do you put roof perlins?

Welding shown here is 100% site fabrication, bolted is shop fabrication... Welding is stronger, but bolting is faster onsite. My guess is 4-feet for the purlins.
