Vegetable pulao is somewhat similar to vegetable biryani but the only difference is biryani has more spices in it and made using draining method, whereas pulav is mild in taste and made using absorption method. Pulao called by various names such as pilaf, pulav and pulao.

    Ginger& garlic paste 1 Tsp
    Tomato 1 (Chopped)
    Salt
    Potato 1(Chopped)
    Beans 10-15(Chopped)
    Carrot 1 (Chopped)
    Water 1/4 Cup (To cook rice)
    Green peas 1/4 Cup
    Coriander leave (Chopped)
    Mint leaves (Chopped)
    Garam masala 1 Tsp
    Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
    Water 3 Cups
    Salt
