Sir i have a doubt ..there is a line in study mat in clause 2 part I first schedule...that name of the proprietary firm qould be kept in abeyance only upto a period of one year from death of proprietor concerned as aforesaid - does it mean ki agr hmne within 1 yr sale krdiya to 1 saal tk name vhi rkh skte h but uske baad use hme change krna pdega??

See it depends upon the use of designations point whether its asked in the question or not. If there is no content related to clause 7 then not required

And if he is deemed to be in practice, is he required to get a COP, can he perform certification work?

@@theauditacademy so when we say that a person if performing the services as mentioned in the act and not having a COP will be "deemed to be in practice"..then he has to obtain COP otherwise liable for penalty?
Yes he will be liable under sec 24 member representing as ca in practice without holding valid Certificate of practice and he will also be deemed to be a ca in practice if he provides services listed by council.@@user-vn1ep9yx6f

One of basic doubt can anyone can solve that so for eg stat auditor Mr Raju of X ltd can he provide Mgmt Consultancy Services as well to X Ltd at same time ?
In case entities other than ch IX, If Management consultancy services which is one of the service covered in sec 2(2)(iv) then Yes otherwise it is prohibited under section 144 of Co Act.
In case auditor of Co specified in chap IX of CA act, then we have also need to check whether fees from such MCS service does not exceed the fees charged as an stat auditor
This part of audit is the easiest cz we're not allowed to do anything we're simply guilty in every situation 😂
