I think the reason that new Christian brings people to church is because they just got saved and they have been around with nonbelievers for so long that they know so many people who need God. But Christians who attend church and knowing God for their life time, they don’t know many nonbelievers. One thing I learn is it is important to build fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ. But it ia also very important that Christians not just hanging out with believers, go and reach out to some nonbelievers friends, colleagues neighbors. It’s always easy to have relationships with believers , it take time and patience with nonbelievers, but this is the right thing to do.
Such a necessary approach . Praise Jesus.

For most people, the first step in their Christian journey is to make a profession of faith in Jesus. There are other ways to measure success in evangelism, however, than numbers of people who make first-time professions of faith in Jesus or numbers of people who attend worship services.
If I may borrow from what John Wesley said about sanctification: Salvation is both an event and a process.
Conversion is the miracle whereby a person’s trust is transferred from what he thought he could do to save himself from sin or its consequences to what the Lord does to save us.
A profession of faith in Jesus can be considered evidence that conversion has begun in a person’s life but, because many people make professions of faith in Jesus without even knowing what faith is or without even knowing what conversion is, numbers of professions of faith hardly constitute an accurate measure of success. Let me explain.
Once upon a time, my wife and I lived in a metro area of about 750,000 souls. She sometimes donated food to an ostensibly interdenominational rescue mission there. I had more time than money so I sometimes helped out at the mission.
Several different times (about half a dozen), when I was working there, different members of the staff asked me. “Are you saved?”
Experience had taught me that most of the people who ask that question are really asking, “Are you forgiven?”
So, of course, I answered in the affirmative.
Some of those times, I assumed that the question those staff members had asked me gave me “permission” to ask them to tell me how they were converted.
Each of the staff members who responded to my question told me about things they had done. Not one of them said anything about what the Lord had done.
Many people wring their hands about the multiplicity of denominations.
There may be some other reasons but some denominations exist because the Lord called a person or group of people to emphasize some aspect of the truth about him or the truth about how he deals with the sin problem. So please consider studying the various denominations while asking yourself, “What particular emphasis (or emphases) brought each of them into existence? Could the Lord be calling me to emphasize that particular aspect (or aspects) of the Good News about himself?
Or, even if you think you already belong to a congregation that has a similar emphasis to your own calling, read your Bible while asking, “What else might the Lord want me to share about who he is and how he saves us - not only how he saves us from guilt but from selfishness or how he will eventually save us from the mess in which we find ourselves on this sin-cursed Earth?

I also just like Vlad said when I was a nonbeliever Christians tried to tell me about God. But they are not equipped with God’s word. They don’t know how to answer my questions, they barely even know the God they believe. It was to me God only for after death, can not do anything for the life that I m alive. Evangelicalism is driving by fear of hell. I hated that approach! No sinner wants to hear that you are a sinner and you are going to to hell if you don’t believe. 😢 I agree that many churches the pastors don’t emphasize the importance of reading Bible. They don’t study the word of God, so they don’t grow, they don’t bare fruits and they know t nothing of God. So the evangelicalism is hindered
Why people don't invite other people to church
1)they don't like the service
2) Christians are in the spiritual nursery and not spiritual army
3) encouraged people but didn't equip them

All good, but two points: 1) starting at 11:00, this point is sooooo important but I want to hear more teaching on “equipping the saints” in the church. Do you have more videos on that?
The churches PRIMARY purpose is “equipping the saints” then we (the body) can go and win the lost. But the messages and the church has become a social club to “please the world” not convict the world. We have become like the world to win the world (rock concert, lasers, feel good, happy-happy messages, etc.)
2) I know you mentioned about not watering down the message, etc. but churches need to be careful about designing the service, “so people like it.” This is meeting felt needs of the world and the baby Christians, compromising truth, sin, repentance, holy living, etc. And THAT produces baby Christians with pacifiers.

As a Pastor , you are responsible for to create a climate in the church where new people come and they bring other people to Christ. You create a service other people want to be invited to where the lost can be saved and they bring others in to invite them to Christ
Why the church doesn’t invite others to church
1. We need to revamp our service
2. They aren’t true disciples
3. We encourage the people, we don’t equip them
We have an assignment to raise an army
