Darkest color in eye - multiply layer 4. Blur 5.lightest color in eye - add layer 6. Lower add layer's opacity 7.Blur 8. Darkest color in eye - multiply layer 9. Blur 10. Make add layer, change from pen fade to dip pen soft 11. Draw highlights in white with dip pen soft 12 Optional: sputtering brush for freckles

Hey btw here's a tip, when you do the layers you can use clipping, it help better, after ur done u start merging from the bottom, and I stead of erasing the part out of the eyes, you can use magic wand instead. :) hope this helps! ^^

1:33 TIP: you don't have to press blur you can go to filter and press Gaussian blur! It’s much more easier then blurring it because When you have to much blur you have to erase it. But you don't have to erase it with Gaussian blur!
Here’s a tip: try not to do this with a oc with black eyes, it won’t have much of a difference before and after. it is suggested you use an oc with a light kind of color of eye. (example: light blue or green)
