Ok, I loved the vid. But as a nurse, the beginning cracked me up. The unconventional use of the stethoscope made me chuckling. Reminded me of my first days as a nursing student when I didn’t really know how to use one. I tried to listen to a classmate’s knee while they were bending and flexing it to see if I could hear arthritis because my classmate told me it was possible. My instructor walked up and was like, “What on earth are you doing?”. Then burst out laughing along with my classmates when I explain what I was listening for. 😂😂😂

Here's a small idea, even though you already have an abundance of creativity: connect each freckle on the back with a marker to form triangles, then draw different shapes inside each triangle to create a back mural :D
