Barrel knot absorbs a fall the best as well. Also keeps you closer to your anchor point if you need the extra few centimetres which does come in very helpful in a few different situations.

Barrel knots prevent the karabiner moving more than 8's. More than 2 cowstails clutter up the d ring.

Had this for nearly 3 years and is the worst I have ever used comes loose all the time.

All the straps come loss. He is right. I hate this harness
Petzl used to be good, Navaho harness was very good. Now not really which is my subjective opinion. Singing Rock is making nice harnesses.
