Animal Jam, and it's security, is on a constant decline. With the game being weakened by the loss of popularity and funds, there is several hacker groups targeting the game, as it has become weak, as stated, and there is obviously no, or at least good, security. It is sad to see Animal Jam, once such a prosperous game, turn in to this. I would not be surprised if it is shut down in the next year, or even earlier than that. The only reason I keep on playing is to fulfill old dreams. Once that's done, I'm out. The rarity system is unstable, and the community, well, I don't even know. It has it's times.
I agree so much. I feel like they don’t deepened the security level like its so so easy to get hacked or get access to personnal informations. I didn’t even gave my password to ANYONE not even my friends and I got hacked- idk why but I lost all my stuff is so annoying pls
i agree, i keep trying to do friends on ajpw but they just care about trading, and i dont have that much good stuff, i wish not everything was about trading and rares and had the fun it had before
Mid 2014 player speaking here. Saying that I'm disappointed in the AJ community as a whole would be an understatement. For the majority of my time on Animal Jam (apologies, /Animal Jam Classic)/ I wasn't even aware of most of the community's elements of their tight-knit bond, such as CZcamsrs or the general trading economy, until I got back into the game in late 2020 after taking a year-long break. I wasn't expecting it to be doing very well, but I was surprised by how much the community shrunk. The majority of players I saw were in their late teens and either bored out of their minds during the pandemic or simply seeking nostalgia. If you genuinely have a problem with AJ or any petty drama surrounding it, you aren't hesitant to speak out about it despite your status in the community; that's something I really appreciate about your channel. I'm not naming names, but I see other AJ CZcamsrs constantly trying to sugarcoat their content and steer away from unrest in the community just to avoid AJHQ's "wrath", which makes me physically sick.
I feel like people quit because of hackers and scammers. But some people just leave due to the amount of toxic-ness in the community. Like some of my best friends left because less rarer jammers got mad at us rare jammers for not giving them our stuff. Some of my friends left because it got boring. I’m just staying because I just like using it to talk to my friends.

No dramas, just games and Warrior Cats roleplayers. Nowadays it's about "Rares" and accumulating wealth for looking cool, then buying their way to poverty and repeating the cycle over again. It's disgusting. Nobody roleplays, plays the games or does anything except trade. All they care about is being rare, and recent trends. The bigger youtubers have milked it hard enough to quit. Animal Jam is nothing more than a barren wasteland, destined to become another ToonTowns or Club Penguin, dead in the water.
Hi, if I had to be honest the community is really falling apart. I really hate to see the community like this. I have had so much toxic people come and ruin me and make me wanna quit. I hadn't quit yet. There are still some amazing jammers out there trying to bring light. You have inspired me to try to help the community. So many people have hurt so many others and it hurts me aswell. Me and alot of other jammers are trying to show the light. But I definitely understand how toxic the community is getting. In fact I could try to be nice or whatever and I'll get bullied or ignored cause of it. The community really sucks and I hope more people could help our community be better.
The community is actually barely toxic at all. People are only looking at the bad. Most games have WAY MORE TOXICITY. Such as roblox. Everyone is 100% focused on the very little bad, and nobody looks at the good. The people who keep saying Animal Jam is toxic are the real toxic ones here. Animal jam is a disliked game for some reason, and there are liked games that have AWFUL COMMUNITIES. The liked games don’t get acknowledged for the toxic communities, but Animal Jam does. And it’s not even toxic. Think about it this way: It’s toxic to not look at any positivity.

Us people that try to make this game a better place get treated badly as well. I just recently did a video on giving random things away to random jammers and guess how many “Thank You’s” I got? 1. ONE. Now that is a problem that needs to be solved. I remember a few years ago that Aj was a nice, fun, creative game. I loved it. Played it every day and wouldn’t get off. But now I only go on there to make videos… and like you said, we should focus on the positive, and that there is a lot of games that are way worse, and I agree INTERLAY. But like I said, it needs to be noticed. It really needs too. I say we should try to make Aj a better place. Isn’t that what we want for it? Our generation is full of mean, bad, horrible, toxic people. Now not all of them are like that though, I do believe that there is more good people then bad, but it’s probably very close. I feel like not enough people are talk about this, and I’m glad someone FINALLY did. I quit in summer 2020 because my good aj friend quit, and my irl best friend also stopped playing, so i didn’t enjoy it as much. And a few months ago i tried logging in again, but it said the password was wrong (i had it written down on a price of paper, so i was sure it wasn’t wrong) so I’ve just gave up. I kinda miss it tho. I haven’t played in 1 years so it have probably changed a lot now.
I'm glad someone can speak up to the AJ community.. I really miss the golden days when AJ was non-toxic as it is right now... I just get the urge to quit AJ about the situation going on.. Also good luck on reaching 12K! I know you'll get there! 💚
I entered ajpw in 2016 and aj classic in 2014 I was there at the peak years and I’m so sad to see a game and all the old jambassadors quit I don’t play aj that much anymore I only log on to get my daily diamonds/spin and that’s it the community is toxic :( I miss the old days of aj/ajpw
Man, AJ classic was my tween years. I was going through a tough time mentally and physically. All those long nights I would play while I was in to much pain to sleep. I remember watching Appari, Wisteria Moon, bepper, and a lot of others at AJ's prime. I do log on once in a blue moon, and played it for a month during the beginning of the pandemic. I'm just being nostalgic. AJ was such a large part of my tween and early teens.
I finished the video and want to add a few thoughts on why I and probably others left AJ classic. I've played AJ Mobile a bit, but I'm more familiar with AJ classic. AJ classic got no updates is not exactly the truest statement. We got updates, but they were only reskins of animals and different versions of spikes. No adventures, unique items, and no real dens. I'm going to talk a bit about the adventures. They were (for me) the best part of the game. Both seasonal and normal ones. For context I've played AJ since it's fourth birthday. That's seven years in you include the on and off playing. I've done each of the adventures at least 20 times, minus the 2d ones because the always jumps felt too slippery. The biggest problem was nothing ever changed when playing. The hard mode on some adventures had an alternative map, but that's it. I understand that those don't need to change, but the seasonal adventures don't have the same pass. I've played each one, every year. Every year, same prizes and layout. It got repetitive. Also the lag on seasonal adventures and some of the later adventures were awful. There should of been a lag reducer mode. Items and the trade system became a mess. I mentioned no real items coming out already. The trade system was messed up big time when AJ rereleased the beta items, Top hats and some new spikes. I, a player who never traded unless for nm floors and items, knew at least the basic values of items. This is probably the straw that probably broke the camel's back for so many players. On the topic of dens, we got to many mega dens and not enough items to fill them. We got no new smaller dens. I will give AJ credit for at least giving nms seasonal versions of the basic dens. My favorite one was the autumn den. Even those dens got boring. Little side note, AJ Mobile has a way better system for dens. All players can get the same dens, it's just easier for members. I had a ton of fun with all the decorative aspects of Mobile. It's sad seeing AJ at this state. Thanks for reading my rant/perspective.
This game makes me so sad (AJ classic at least), I first started in 2013 and stopped playing at around 2017 due to boredom and losing membership. I started playing again around a week ago? (for the nostalgia ig) The game has changed so much in a very short amount of time, it has lost a lot of its charm. Sure, everyone has gotten older so its bound to change, but I'm perplexed at how no one seems to care about the actual game anymore-- just being 'rare', even then the rarity system is confusing and a complete mess nowadays. I would not be surprised if the game itself dies soon, most parts of the game have lost all meaning (the games, achievements, doing adventures for fun, most rooms) which is to be expected due to older audience, but man is it a sad thing to witness. I'd love to log onto my first account for the last time, but I lost access to it because of the data breach

I watched the video and he was actually raising awareness to not put those two topiaries together since a jammer put them together. But it took a turn as some jammers put the topiaries together. AJHQ took this as a bad behaviour of Julian and pulled him from the Jambassadors. Just for in general: I'm watching one of beppers vids and it was don't even get me started game with Cinno and one of the topics was AJ mating. They were talking about how if you sleep and someone else goes really close to you and they hop, that you will immediately stand back up. So, when flash died, a huge majority of aj classic died because they couldn't play the game anymore. And yes, that includes me, sadly. It used to be super fun because you could watch a bunch of animal jam influencers, streamers, etc. Even when it stopped getting updates it was fun. I miss wisteriamoon, aparri, bepper, etc. A huge chunk of the big animal jam influencers have either quit or lost focus in aj, or are just taking a break. Even I have lost focus in ajpw AND fer.al, sadly. Idk what to do anymore than just playing dragonvale and watching youtube, honestly. I'm sorry.
I quit when I was in middle school, 2017. (I just graduated) I really miss playing so much, Miss playing the beta days aswell. Animal jam used to be so much fun and things were just simple. It upset me when I notice things were taking a huge negative turn. It disappoints me because this game is my whole child hood
The game used to be really good and fun. But now its no longer fun. If it weren't for all those scammers, hackers, pedophiles, and toxic people, this would have never happened.

I started playing Animal Jam in elementary school and just recently graduated. it's been around for a large portion of my childhood so it's sad to see this game/community fall apart over the years after 2016.
(random rant incoming lol) I can't help but feel like animal jam could come back again to the way it was (or at least close to it) if they just focused on updates that are actually meaningful & add to the game, like adventures or land that add to the lore. Instead we get boring, old/recycled updates if we even get updates at all ._.
Im really disappointed in ajhq. They've done nothing to prevent hackers scammers and even things such as predators. a few days ago I saw someone who needed help and they said that another jammer said if they had any other platforms and on their snapchat they asked for a picture of them. I feel like another thing that led to the downfall was aj youtubers leaving. I don't hate them from this but it certainly made the game fall in popularity.
I quit playing quite a while ago because of the blatant elitism of people with a Membership. As someone who didn't get a Membership, I was constantly ignored and belittled by others because I wasn't a Member and didn't get rare items easily because of it.
I got discouraged from playing animal jam when one day I just couldn't log into my account. It used to be a HUGE comfort game for me and it was one of my longest lasting special interests ever. if this happened in november, there was a data breach and every password had to be reset. you had to click forgot password, and do all of the steps. your account is most likely ok!

I don't want to say I've quit, but I've kinda did, but I'm still open minded to come back to aj, I don't want to say I've completely quit, because I worked hard for certain items, but also I've not gotten on for quite a while now, but I still love to toon into/or rewatch my favorite ajtubers like Leamon Puppy, Pawalunar, PuffyPuppeiz, Tiffany AJ, Anniian7 AJ, Akasai, and a few others.
I was gonna download this game and ask my dad but then I wanted to see how good the game was on CZcams turned out people get scammed a lot and there is many toxic people!
If you're careful and look up the worths of items (Animal Jam Item Worth Wiki has been helpful for me, but some of the worths might be inaccurate for the less common rares) and don't go to item giveaways you can easily avoid being scammed. There are plenty of things to do which don't require other players such as adventures, minigames, den decorating etc. and I personally haven't met many toxic players, at least not any more than any other game I've played. This is for AJ Classic btw
I've played it forever, and I still do even though I'm 14. It's a huge comfort game for me, I've been scammed many times but I still like it. I don't ever see me quitting even if people my age think it's childish, lol
Also, I can see why people quit tbh. It's gotten really intoxicated with arctic wolves. Not all of them, but every toxic person I've met has been an arctic wolf for some reason. And it feels like the only point of playing is too have rare items..other than trading, aj gets boring easily 😕
I used to be popular on animal jam play wild, i quitted for reasons, First fake friends, when i used to be play with friends and its boring without friends, but found out they are not real cause they dont care about me anymore. Second, toxic, yes toxic very toxic, the admins ban lot of good people even fancyshort. Third, bad jambassadors Forth, admins dont do what people want Fifth, they support 18+ artist

As a Classic player, I feel like the community has been declining over the last few years. Part of my loss of interest is simply that I've grown up, but also the lack of content or general care given to AJC over time. Updates have been on the decline for a long time now, giving people less and less of a reason to stay. Wildworks has been pushing AJPW as the new main version of AJ, at the expense of part of the community. I've never gotten the same enjoyment from talking to people, roleplaying, or playing other games in PW as I did in Classic. One reason is that PW appeals more to younger AJ fans than older ones, but another is that the fanbase is newer, and it feels less developed. I get a lot of the same feelings from Fer.al-both games just aren't the same as the Classic fanbase that's been built up for 10+ years now. I talk to some of my AJ friends outside of the game(s) now, so I don't have much of a reason to play anymore. I guess that's where a lot of older players are at.
in my case i played classic since maybe around 2013/14 to 2016/17 (i'm 15 going on 16 now so i must've been playing since i was 7-8 til i was 10-11) and i think the main reason my demographic grew from the game was because a lot of key aspects were kind of falling off, i was notoriously a warrior cat roleplayer so when the hype for the series started falling off and sarepia forest was emptying out there felt like there was nothing to do , same with the trading system getting significantly worse and i think the ageing out of the game part is huuuuge, along with the numerous problems jammers had with AJHQ back in the days. it also didnt help my acc got perm banned after not touching it for a while so i just gave up entirely after losing my rare collection :[
I stopped playing aj suddenly when I started playing sky cotl and super smash bros. i never got bullied or assaulted or something, I just.. lost interest.
I also joined in 2017! The Animal Jam classic thing is just so sad to me, I remember when they did the name change and everyone was FURIOUS. I’m not that angry about it that much, but it kinda takes away from the nostalgia.
The main reason I quit was because i lost my account due to the parent email issue that happened. Animal jam used to also be a free game and I was able to log into the game through my school chrome book, now you have to download animal jam? It’s very messed up. I also tried making a new account after I lost my childhood one and I looked at the new animals in the sapphires shop and they’re very scary. The bunny’s, cats, dogs. I don’t like animal jam, it’s not the same anymore.

This is sad, I havent played Animal Jam for quite some time. I wish I could get back into it but it just seems a bit boring but now I hear that there’s toxic-ness in the game. *surprised*
I quit because of getting hacked, scammed, and the toxicity. Multiple reasons, yes. One day, on 2020, someone offered the Komodo Dragon set (i forgot what its called) for all my good pets (ponies, rooster, etc) When I had accepted the offer, the person deleted all the items quickly and went to accept. It was too quick for me to see, and so I accepted it too. Then realized I got nothing in return. My favorite pet, my rooster, was gone. October 2020. Toxicity and hackers. Many players started to start saying homophobic things, and as someone part of the lgbt community, this hurt me. Soon, the Halloween Hack happened. I knew it was all a joke afterwards, but a few months later, my classic account, Truxyy, was taken over. I didn’t log in on a long time, but it said “online 4 days ago.” Didn’t share the password with anyone. Then my main animal jam account, Lucyevy, was hacked too. I couldn’t log in, despite knowing the password and always double-checking. Later, my Play-Wild account, Sphinxlord was not letting me log in, despite knowing the password. I changed my main accounts password, and I still knew it, but no. The account, was not able to log in. May 2021, I was able to log back into my Main Play Wild account. I had restarted the game, and traded some stuff to me and my friend to get a good start in the community. But, I gave up. No reason why, but I did. I was just burnt out of the game, and I think I grew out of it anyway. There’s my whole reason of why I quit the game entirely. :,)
played this game from 2013-2016 and beta tested for Play Wild back in 2014 and 2015. I still log on once in a while just for the sake of nostalgia though. I found your points to be interesting but I do think part of the reason why its losing interest is because of a generational shift of interests with younger kids along with the fact that people just grow out of it; like I and many others did. The community as a whole was an honor to be a part of despite the amount of drama there was and I do miss it dearly. keep up the great work!
Honestly, I couldn’t agree any more. Aj is a very toxic game and I have almost quit because of it. The amount of times iv gotten scammed is unbelievable. I really think that this should, stop, because I’m afraid the game will “disappear” soon, in popularity. In fact, some people can really just be unbelievably rude. Like the time I gifted random jammers rares in the sapphire shop, or the time I bought jammers anything they want OR the time I accepted big under trades from people for my items just to be nice. And guess how many people actually thanked me. None, none of the literal 8 people I traded. Not a single one thanked me. I feel like all jammers really care about these days are rares. On the other hand though, there are the nice jammers but there are few of those left too. Even once someone by the name of “happycl0udss” one of my best friends scammed me. My rainbow tail ARMOUR and my favorite pet. I thought I could trust them, but nope. Don’t even trust your best friends guys. A life lesson I should’ve learned a LONGGGGGGGG time ago.
I grew out of the game a couple of years ago. I usually lose interest in a game after a couple of months. Heck, it didn’t even make it to the point where I began having hyperfixations. And yes, I’m a new viewer. Your channel got recommended to me just this week. You have good videos, ngl.

Honestly my relationship with animal jam as a whole right now is just that one meme thats just like "DONT TALK TO ME OR MY SON EVER AGAIN" and that oc i made that came from animal jam is my son (his name is darwin btw lol, idk just wanted to say that)
According to one of my friends when she tries to trade, she never sees people trading, even in Aldan. All she's seen is people asking for stuff and rarely any trades xd
For me it’s just because I’ve experienced just about everything there is to do. With no new updates or additions to existing assets there’s not much for me (or anyone) to do other than trade. What AJC needs is a massive overhaul of existing content. May it be ab event or whatever but I’m thinking something along the lines of landscape redesign and perhaps better incorporation of flying animals, because as far as they serve in terms of function is little to none at all as there’s only the forgotten desert and that one shop in the coral canyons no one visits anymore. Perhaps teaming up with organizations like National Geographic, 4Ocean and perhaps various zoos to emphasize their conservation efforts will help get the game out there more. On the technically side of things, AJC desperately needs an app of its own that could connect to pc servers with internet or data connection. The pc version of the game needs to be fully optimized and secure to keep it from running like shit and drop to 2 fps every 30 minutes.
I still like Animal Jam, but several people have already stopped playing it since it has several things that not many agree on in animal jam play wild is that the animals are very expensive and in AJC almost everything is for members
i remember when i used to play this all the time it was so fun but after coming back because i remembered how fun it was all i saw was just a community of 6 year olds farming trades, countless microtransactions and everyone at spawn afk
I've been playing AJPW ever since it first came out. I quit for some years after being hacked, but eventually came back. Now my play time is very sporadic, ranging from once a week to once every 5 months or even some years.
After coming back from taking a break on classic, my account was gone, everything i worked for just poof. This discouraged me from coming back i started playing again recently but it'll be awhile until i get back to where i was, if i decide to keep playing after losing everything.

I’ve actually noticed this. I got AJPW near last year in Summer, then 2020 Halloween time I took a break until March this year. Now there are so much less people. There are still Jammers, of course, but there are not as many to trade with and I feel like now that so many people are gone it’s a bit boring. I hope an activity burst comes to the game soon.
The main reason I quit animal jam was because of the membership. You couldn't do ANYTHING without a membership. Everything in the shops was for members only. Except those like 2 items but they were always so ugly. Plus the memberships cost SO MUCH! IDK if I'm just a cheapskate but FIFTY DOLLARS IS A LITTLE MUCH! I did have a membership and it was fun while it lasted, but after it ended, I just quit since without a membership, you can't do anything. So anyways rant over :)
That’s the same reason I quit the classic version! It was fun while it lasted, then the membership expired, and since you can’t do anything without one, I never played classic again. I only come back to play wild now
I heard someone talking about a jammer who was chasing the person all over the animal jam world all because he didn't win a prize in a fashion show quote unquote he kept pestering and bullying until she quit
i heard about this game in my childhood but because i came from a poor country i saw the game as to predatory because you need a subscription for everything that being said I'm glad plp had fun with it even though i didn't, all good things must come to an end especially online games

I left animal jam in 2018-2019 and I don't really know what happened. All of a sudden I just left? The main reason was it was getting boring and I belive I just needed a break from it. However, one day I logged out and never logged back in. Kinda sad about it to be honest as it was my childhood and I had spent quite a bit of money on it aswell. :/
I can tell that animal jam did go down on popularity becuase of the issues going on with scamming and hacking.. but animal jam was still successful when it reached 130 million users wow what a big number!
Well I’ve been playing AJPW right after the beta ended and now I’ve been playing ever since, though it kinda got boring after a while because I had to force myself to log on everyday when all I wanted to do was quit because of hackers, scammers, and how toxic the community was getting. Though now a days I still play it and I’m starting to enjoy it again. But for AJ classic after julain2 quit I just couldn’t look at it the same anymore.. Julian basically raised me to love this game but now that most of the youtubers are gone I haven’t looked at it the same way.

I play it and I'm almost 11, I left at about 8 because I thought it lacked on features, but I decided to come back, me and my friends love the mini games!
I got hacked on Animal Jam Play Wild and my items that I worked EXTREMELY hard for were all gone. I literally ended up quitting because of that. Some of the items were: Cami's frog, Cami's Phrog, galaxy wings, black spiked collar, and a masterpiece that was absolutely beautiful
I almost quit animal jam a few weeks ago because i got scammed and the only reason why i started to play this game is because of my friend (sadly she hasn't played in quite a few years until a few days ago she reconected) But i feel like quitting this toxic comunity.
What happened? Look no further than the toxic community AN has become. My daughter was scammed out of most of her rares by someone who pretended to be her friend over time then moved in for the scam! When contacting AJHQ they did nothing. The site quickly became a not kid friendly place. The site stopped being recommended by her school. By the way she was 6 at the time. Because of their experience she quit playing and has not wanted to play again. Not all who play are this way but I would say at that time it was 90% that were this way. I am glad that some of you had a great experience with AJ but understand AJ became something filled with scammers, bullies and had inappropriate content in chat. Not kid friendly at all! Again AJHQ did next to nothing to combat the problem. So why would I keep paying for a membership fees so the abuse could continue? No thanks AJHQ. So sad to see something that could have been great so mismanaged.
I quit animal jam because it had logged me out and when I put in my info it said it wasn’t valid and I had a lot of really good stuff there (well, stuff that mattered to me) and I wasn’t able to play anymore so I quit. The same thing happened to my sister, but she created a new account. I was too mad to make a new account and I still hold a grudge.
When i used to ask my friends if they play animal jam they would go "omg yes whats your username :o" and now i just dont even ask anyone anymore bc this is is a game directed at 12 year olds and i am im high school and im not trying to get made fun of
I can confirm the grooming bit, after geographic left I could recall getting groomed at least three times and I literally had to idea what was going on 💀 I even got suspended for being inappropriate when I was just a squirt not knowing what I was even doing
I remember in 2019 I was a nervous kid and I got the courage to talk to some people i thought we cool eg. red flower crown, broken heart earrings, blackout spike, etc. So I went to talk to them, we were having a nice time, and then I said I was gonna go get a pie and I never left the game and I ran to get my pie and I checked the chat and they were saying stuff like, “i get we’re cool but why is she talking to us”, “she’s not even funny”, “i feel like she’s a 10 year old tbh..” and I lost all my courage and I have not grown in buddies/friends as much through 2 years, as I was scared of embarrassing myself. a year later I was on a cruise for 2 weeks so I had no internet and I lost 18 friends. The community can be kinda toxic sometimes and it sucks :((
it's because of adults still playing the game rather than other children: the TRUH IS parents feel UNSAFE having their children play with adults who still play a children's game. that means they could be a bad influence, or worse (child predator). although i know a lot of people who are older dont feel this way, there is those people that are predators, or bad influences, and play animal jam.
Hey there! So as an 2014-2015 player ill drop my opinion here. So basically I grew up with aj and tbh its dissapointing to see how aj turned out, wht updates came, how community became. Ppl became so toxic and all, only wanting rares and all. Updates got lazier, and ajhq got CRAZY over money. Overall the downfall is their fault but a bit fault goes to the community aswell.
It happened a very long time ago, but I still would like to say it, ok so- I had this glider for a while now and I loved it, it was my Fav pet, then somebody starting trading me for no reason, and saying if I didn't add them or give my glider they would block me- then everyone started coming after me bout that and like 30 ppl blocked me, I was so shocked, like what did I even do? Then I told them, and I never heard back from any of em, but like geez, why did that person start a whole fight just for a glider? 😑🙁
Today I logged on AJ and went to the pillow room to look for buddie., and I found this poor jammer that got hacked do I gave them some items! And we are buddies I really didn't want someone to leave so I gave them some items. AJ needs to make there security better that's 50% why jammers are quitting the other 50% is toxic jammers and community it really bad to see AJ like this. I remember when it was PACKED with jammers now there's not as much. It's still kinda popular but not a it use to be : (
I used to play animal jam so much when I was younger, and I was forced to quit when animal jam made play wild the only non downloadable version on computer. I have such amazing and vivid memories from animal jam and now i can’t even play it without having to download it to my computer. #bringanimaljamclassicback
I used to be an Animal Jam classic (Pc) player, but I stopped playing because most items and animals were membership only. I've played AJPW for way longer than classic because there were barely any membership items and all the animals could be bought by anyone. The only reason I quit was because they started adding member only items and I was scared that ajpw will be the same as classic. This could be the reason as to why a lot of jammers are quitting, not saying that it is why tho.
I love animal jam and I cant believe that people are leaving it even though I get how they grow out of it.When i herd abaut it from my close friend and we promised never to uninstall it then we invite a nother good friend. I started at the age abaut 7 and now I'm welll only 9. But me and my friends love this game it's crazy to think how long aj has been working and animated. I love there new updates. It's sad that it's community is dying, but most of the jambassadors are In college now. The community is actually barely toxic at all. People are only looking at the bad. Most games have WAY MORE TOXICITY. Such as roblox. Everyone is 100% focused on the very little bad, and nobody looks at the good. The people who keep saying Animal Jam is toxic are the real toxic ones here. Animal jam is a disliked game for some reason, and there are liked games that have AWFUL COMMUNITIES. The liked games don’t get acknowledged for the toxic communities, but Animal Jam does. And it’s not even toxic. Think about it this way: It’s toxic to not look at any positivity.

Animal Jam, and it's security, is on a constant decline. With the game being weakened by the loss of popularity and funds, there is several hacker groups targeting the game, as it has become weak, as stated, and there is obviously no, or at least good, security. It is sad to see Animal Jam, once such a prosperous game, turn in to this. I would not be surprised if it is shut down in the next year, or even earlier than that. The only reason I keep on playing is to fulfill old dreams. Once that's done, I'm out. The rarity system is unstable, and the community, well, I don't even know. It has it's times.

Saying that I'm disappointed in the AJ community as a whole would be an understatement.
For the majority of my time on Animal Jam (apologies, /Animal Jam Classic)/ I wasn't even aware of most of the community's elements of their tight-knit bond, such as CZcamsrs or the general trading economy, until I got back into the game in late 2020 after taking a year-long break. I wasn't expecting it to be doing very well, but I was surprised by how much the community shrunk. The majority of players I saw were in their late teens and either bored out of their minds during the pandemic or simply seeking nostalgia.
If you genuinely have a problem with AJ or any petty drama surrounding it, you aren't hesitant to speak out about it despite your status in the community; that's something I really appreciate about your channel.
I'm not naming names, but I see other AJ CZcamsrs constantly trying to sugarcoat their content and steer away from unrest in the community just to avoid AJHQ's "wrath", which makes me physically sick.
I feel like people quit because of hackers and scammers. But some people just leave due to the amount of toxic-ness in the community. Like some of my best friends left because less rarer jammers got mad at us rare jammers for not giving them our stuff. Some of my friends left because it got boring. I’m just staying because I just like using it to talk to my friends.

So worried about rares, economics. I remember the roleplays and old slang. No dramas, just games and Warrior Cats roleplayers. Nowadays it's about "Rares" and accumulating wealth for looking cool, then buying their way to poverty and repeating the cycle over again. It's disgusting. Nobody roleplays, plays the games or does anything except trade. All they care about is being rare, and recent trends. The bigger youtubers have milked it hard enough to quit. Animal Jam is nothing more than a barren wasteland, destined to become another ToonTowns or Club Penguin, dead in the water.
Hi, if I had to be honest the community is really falling apart. I really hate to see the community like this. I have had so much toxic people come and ruin me and make me wanna quit. I hadn't quit yet. There are still some amazing jammers out there trying to bring light. You have inspired me to try to help the community. So many people have hurt so many others and it hurts me aswell. Me and alot of other jammers are trying to show the light. But I definitely understand how toxic the community is getting. Us people that try to make this game a better place get treated badly as well. I just recently did a video on giving random things away to random jammers and guess how many “Thank You’s” I got? 1. ONE. Now that is a problem that needs to be solved. I remember a few years ago that Aj was a nice, fun, creative game. I loved it. Played it every day and wouldn’t get off. But now I only go on there to make videos… and like you said, we should focus on the positive, and that there is a lot of games that are way worse, and I agree INTERLAY. But like I said, it needs to be noticed. It really needs too. I say we should try to make Aj a better place. Isn’t that what we want for it? I feel like not enough people are talk about this, and I’m glad someone FINALLY did. I quit in summer 2020 because my good aj friend quit, and my irl best friend also stopped playing, so i didn’t enjoy it as much. And a few months ago i tried logging in again, but it said the password was wrong (i had it written down on a price of paper, so i was sure it wasn’t wrong) so I’ve just gave up. I kinda miss it tho. I haven’t played in 1 years so it have probably changed a lot now.
There was a data breach in November, and all accounts with a parent account had to have their password changed.

I entered ajpw in 2016 and aj classic in 2014 I was there at the peak years and I’m so sad to see a game and all the old jambassadors quit I don’t play aj that much anymore I only log on to get my daily diamonds/spin and that’s it the community is toxic :( I miss the old days of aj/ajpw
Man, AJ classic was my tween years. I was going through a tough time mentally and physically. All those long nights I would play while I was in to much pain to sleep. I remember watching Appari, Wisteria Moon, bepper, and a lot of others at AJ's prime.
I do log on once in a blue moon, and played it for a month during the beginning of the pandemic.
I'm just being nostalgic. AJ was such a large part of my tween and early teens.
I finished the video and want to add a few thoughts on why I and probably others left AJ classic. I've played AJ Mobile a bit, but I'm more familiar with AJ classic.
AJ classic got no updates is not exactly the truest statement. We got updates, but they were only reskins of animals and different versions of spikes. No adventures, unique items, and no real dens.
I'm going to talk a bit about the adventures. They were (for me) the best part of the game. Both seasonal and normal ones. For context I've played AJ since it's fourth birthday. That's seven years in you include the on and off playing. I've done each of the adventures at least 20 times, minus the 2d ones because the always jumps felt too slippery. The biggest problem was nothing ever changed when playing. The hard mode on some adventures had an alternative map, but that's it. I understand that those don't need to change, but the seasonal adventures don't have the same pass. I've played each one, every year. Every year, same prizes and layout. It got repetitive. Also the lag on seasonal adventures and some of the later adventures were awful. There should of been a lag reducer mode.
Items and the trade system became a mess. I mentioned no real items coming out already. The trade system was messed up big time when AJ rereleased the beta items, Top hats and some new spikes. I, a player who never traded unless for nm floors and items, knew at least the basic values of items. This is probably the straw that probably broke the camel's back for so many players.
On the topic of dens, we got to many mega dens and not enough items to fill them. We got no new smaller dens. I will give AJ credit for at least giving nms seasonal versions of the basic dens. My favorite one was the autumn den. Even those dens got boring.
Little side note, AJ Mobile has a way better system for dens. All players can get the same dens, it's just easier for members. I had a ton of fun with all the decorative aspects of Mobile.
It's sad seeing AJ at this state.

This game makes me so sad (AJ classic at least), I first started in 2013 and stopped playing at around 2017 due to boredom and losing membership. I started playing again around a week ago? (for the nostalgia ig) The game has changed so much in a very short amount of time, it has lost a lot of its charm. Sure, everyone has gotten older so its bound to change, but I'm perplexed at how no one seems to care about the actual game anymore-- just being 'rare', even then the rarity system is confusing and a complete mess nowadays.
I would not be surprised if the game itself dies soon, most parts of the game have lost all meaning (the games, achievements, doing adventures for fun, most rooms) which is to be expected due to older audience, but man is it a sad thing to witness. I'd love to log onto my first account for the last time, but I lost access to it because of the data breach
More simple way to explain downfall in one sentence- people are outgrowing the game and the toxic people

he was reviewing the inappropriate jammers have done in the game. I watched the video and he was actually raising awareness to not put those two topiaries together since a jammer put them together. But it took a turn as some jammers put the topiaries together. AJHQ took this as a bad behaviour of Julian and pulled him from the Jambassadors.
Just for in general: I'm watching one of beppers vids and it was don't even get me started game with Cinno and one of the topics was AJ mating. They were talking about how if you sleep and someone else goes really close to you and they hop, that you will immediately stand back up. Here's the vid:

So, when flash died, a huge majority of aj classic died because they couldn't play the game anymore. And yes, that includes me, sadly. It used to be super fun because you could watch a bunch of animal jam influencers, streamers, etc. Even when it stopped getting updates it was fun. I miss wisteriamoon, aparri, bepper, etc. A huge chunk of the big animal jam influencers have either quit or lost focus in aj, or are just taking a break. Even I have lost focus in ajpw AND fer.al, sadly. Idk what to do anymore than just playing dragonvale and watching youtube, honestly. I'm sorry.
I quit when I was in middle school, 2017. (I just graduated) I really miss playing so much, Miss playing the beta days aswell. Animal jam used to be so much fun and things were just simple. I honestly had no idea Nat Geo ended their partnership with Wildworks. I remember being nine-years-old and first finding out about AJ from my National Geographic Kids magazines...

I started playing Animal Jam in elementary school and just recently graduated. it's been around for a large portion of my childhood so it's sad to see this game/community fall apart over the years after 2016.
(random rant incoming lol) I can't help but feel like animal jam could come back again to the way it was (or at least close to it) if they just focused on updates that are actually meaningful & add to the game, like adventures or land that add to the lore. Instead we get boring, old/recycled updates if we even get updates at all ._.
Im really disappointed in ajhq. They've done nothing to prevent hackers scammers and even things such as predators. a few days ago I saw someone who needed help and they said that another jammer said if they had any other platforms and on their snapchat they asked for a picture of them. Its really scary how that person still isn't banned.. they could be hurting other people right now. Sorry if there's grammar mistakes, my keyboard is being slow

I quit playing quite a while ago because of the blatant elitism of people with a Membership.
As someone who didn't get a Membership, I was constantly ignored and belittled by others because I wasn't a Member and didn't get rare items easily because of it.
I got discouraged from playing animal jam when one day I just couldn't log into my account. It used to be a HUGE comfort game for me and it was one of my longest lasting special interests ever. Recently I've been thinking of starting to play it again tho bc I really miss it :(( do you have any tips for me starting it again ? You don't need to respond if you can't btw !!

I don't want to say I've quit, but I've kinda did, but I'm still open minded to come back to aj, I don't want to say I've completely quit, because I worked hard for certain items, but also I've not gotten on for quite a while now, but I still love to toon into/or rewatch my favorite ajtubers like Leamon Puppy, Pawalunar, PuffyPuppeiz, Tiffany AJ, Anniian7 AJ, Akasai, and a few others.
I was gonna download this game and ask my dad but then I wanted to see how good the game was on CZcams turned out people get scammed a lot and there is many toxic people!
If you're careful and look up the worths of items (Animal Jam Item Worth Wiki has been helpful for me, but some of the worths might be inaccurate for the less common rares) and don't go to item giveaways you can easily avoid being scammed. There are plenty of things to do which don't require other players such as adventures, minigames, den decorating etc. and I personally haven't met many toxic players, at least not any more than any other game I've played. This is for AJ Classic btw
I've played it forever, and I still do even though I'm 14. It's a huge comfort game for me, I've been scammed many times but I still like it. I don't ever see me quitting even if people my age think it's childish, lol
Also, I can see why people quit tbh. It's gotten really intoxicated with arctic wolves. Not all of them, but every toxic person I've met has been an arctic wolf for some reason. And it feels like the only point of playing is too have rare items..other than trading, aj gets boring easily 😕

First fake friends, when i used to be play with friends and its boring without friends, but found out they are not real cause they dont care about me anymore.

As a Classic player, I feel like the community has been declining over the last few years. Part of my loss of interest is simply that I've grown up, but also the lack of content or general care given to AJC over time. Updates have been on the decline for a long time now, giving people less and less of a reason to stay. Wildworks has been pushing AJPW as the new main version of AJ, at the expense of part of the community. I've never gotten the same enjoyment from talking to people, roleplaying, or playing other games in PW as I did in Classic. One reason is that PW appeals more to younger AJ fans than older ones, but another is that the fanbase is newer, and it feels less developed. I get a lot of the same feelings from Fer.al-both games just aren't the same as the Classic fanbase that's been built up for 10+ years now.
I talk to some of my AJ friends outside of the game(s) now, so I don't have much of a reason to play anymore. I guess that's where a lot of older players are at.

in my case i played classic since maybe around 2013/14 to 2016/17 (i'm 15 going on 16 now so i must've been playing since i was 7-8 til i was 10-11) and i think the main reason my demographic grew from the game was because a lot of key aspects were kind of falling off, i was notoriously a warrior cat roleplayer so when the hype for the series started falling off and sarepia forest was emptying out there felt like there was nothing to do , same with the trading system getting significantly worse and i think the ageing out of the game part is huuuuge, along with the numerous problems jammers had with AJHQ back in the days. it also didnt help my acc got perm banned after not touching it for a while so i just gave up entirely after losing my rare collection :[
I stopped playing aj suddenly when I started playing sky cotl and super smash bros. i never got bullied or assaulted or something, I just.. lost interest.
I also joined in 2017! The Animal Jam classic thing is just so sad to me, I remember when they did the name change and everyone was FURIOUS. I’m not that angry about it that much, but it kinda takes away from the nostalgia.

The main reason I quit was because i lost my account due to the parent email issue that happened. Animal jam used to also be a free game and I was able to log into the game through my school chrome book, now you have to download animal jam? It’s very messed up. I also tried making a new account after I lost my childhood one and I looked at the new animals in the sapphires shop and they’re very scary. The bunny’s, cats, dogs. I don’t like animal jam, it’s not the same anymore.

This is sad, I havent played Animal Jam for quite some time. I wish I could get back into it but it just seems a bit boring but now I hear that there’s toxic-ness in the game. *surprised*
I quit because of getting hacked, scammed, and the toxicity. Multiple reasons, yes. One day, on 2020, someone offered the Komodo Dragon set (i forgot what its called) for all my good pets (ponies, rooster, etc) When I had accepted the offer, the person deleted all the items quickly and went to accept. It was too quick for me to see, and so I accepted it too. Then realized I got nothing in return. My favorite pet, my rooster, was gone. October 2020. Toxicity and hackers. Many players started to start saying homophobic things, and as someone part of the lgbt community, this hurt me. Soon, the Halloween Hack happened. I knew it was all a joke afterwards, but a few months later, my classic account, Truxyy, was taken over. I didn’t log in on a long time, but it said “online 4 days ago.” Didn’t share the password with anyone. Then my main animal jam account, Lucyevy, was hacked too. I couldn’t log in, despite knowing the password and always double-checking. Later, my Play-Wild account, Sphinxlord was not letting me log in, despite knowing the password. I changed my main accounts password, and I still knew it, but no. The account, was not able to log in. May 2021, I was able to log back into my Main Play Wild account. I had restarted the game, and traded some stuff to me and my friend to get a good start in the community. But, I gave up. No reason why, but I did. I was just burnt out of the game, and I think I grew out of it anyway. There’s my whole reason of why I quit the game entirely. :,)

played this game from 2013-2016 and beta tested for Play Wild back in 2014 and 2015. I still log on once in a while just for the sake of nostalgia though. I found your points to be interesting but I do think part of the reason why its losing interest is because of a generational shift of interests with younger kids along with the fact that people just grow out of it; like I and many others did. The community as a whole was an honor to be a part of despite the amount of drama there was and I do miss it dearly. keep up the great work!
Honestly, I couldn’t agree any more. Aj is a very toxic game and I have almost quit because of it. The amount of times iv gotten scammed is unbelievable. I really think that this should, stop, because I’m afraid the game will “disappear” soon, in popularity. In fact, some people can really just be unbelievably rude. Like the time I gifted random jammers rares in the sapphire shop, or the time I bought jammers anything they want OR the time I accepted big under trades from people for my items just to be nice. And guess how many people actually thanked me. None, none of the literal 8 people I traded. Not a single one thanked me. I feel like all jammers really care about these days are rares. On the other hand though, there are the nice jammers but there are few of those left too. Even once someone by the name of “happycl0udss” one of my best friends scammed me. My rainbow tail ARMOUR and my favorite pet. I thought I could trust them, but nope. Don’t even trust your best friends guys. A life lesson I should’ve learned a LONGGGGGGGG time ago.
I grew out of the game a couple of years ago. I usually lose interest in a game after a couple of months. Heck, it didn’t even make it to the point where I began having hyperfixations.

According to one of my friends when she tries to trade, she never sees people trading, even in Aldan. All she's seen is people asking for stuff and rarely any trades xd
For me it’s just because I’ve experienced just about everything there is to do. With no new updates or additions to existing assets there’s not much for me (or anyone) to do other than trade. What AJC needs is a massive overhaul of existing content. May it be ab event or whatever but I’m thinking something along the lines of landscape redesign and perhaps better incorporation of flying animals, because as far as they serve in terms of function is little to none at all as there’s only the forgotten desert and that one shop in the coral canyons no one visits anymore. Perhaps teaming up with organizations like National Geographic, 4Ocean and perhaps various zoos to emphasize their conservation efforts will help get the game out there more. On the technically side of things, AJC desperately needs an app of its own that could connect to pc servers with internet or data connection. The pc version of the game needs to be fully optimized and secure to keep it from running like shit and drop to 2 fps every 30 minutes.
I still like Animal Jam, but several people have already stopped playing it since it has several things that not many agree on in animal jam play wild is that the animals are very expensive and in AJC almost everything is for members

I've been playing AJPW ever since it first came out. I quit for some years after being hacked, but eventually came back.
Now my play time is very sporadic, ranging from once a week to once every 5 months or even some years.
After coming back from taking a break on classic, my account was gone, everything i worked for just poof. This discouraged me from coming back i started playing again recently but it'll be awhile until i get back to where i was, if i decide to keep playing after losing everything.

I’ve actually noticed this. I got AJPW near last year in Summer, then 2020 Halloween time I took a break until March this year. Now there are so much less people. There are still Jammers, of course, but there are not as many to trade with and I feel like now that so many people are gone it’s a bit boring. I hope an activity burst comes to the game soon.
The main reason I quit animal jam was because of the membership. You couldn't do ANYTHING without a membership. Everything in the shops was for members only. Except those like 2 items but they were always so ugly. Plus the memberships cost SO MUCH! IDK if I'm just a cheapskate but FIFTY DOLLARS IS A LITTLE MUCH! I did have a membership and it was fun while it lasted, but after it ended, I just quit since without a membership, you can't do anything. So anyways rant over :)
That’s the same reason I quit the classic version! It was fun while it lasted, then the membership expired, and since you can’t do anything without one, I never played classic again. I only come back to play wild now

i heard about this game in my childhood but because i came from a poor country i saw the game as to predatory because you need a subscription for everything that being said I'm glad plp had fun with it even though i didn't, all good things must come to an end especially online games

I left animal jam in 2018-2019 and I don't really know what happened. All of a sudden I just left? The main reason was it was getting boring and I belive I just needed a break from it. However, one day I logged out and never logged back in. Kinda sad about it to be honest as it was my childhood and I had spent quite a bit of money on it aswell. :/
I can tell that animal jam did go down on popularity becuase of the issues going on with scamming and hacking.. but animal jam was still successful when it reached 130 million users wow what a big number!

Well I’ve been playing AJPW right after the beta ended and now I’ve been playing ever since, though it kinda got boring after a while because I had to force myself to log on everyday when all I wanted to do was quit because of hackers, scammers, and how toxic the community was getting. Though now a days I still play it and I’m starting to enjoy it again. But for AJ classic after julain2 quit I just couldn’t look at it the same anymore.. Julian basically raised me to love this game but now that most of the youtubers are gone I haven’t looked at it the same way.

I play it and I'm almost 11, I left at about 8 because I thought it lacked on features, but I decided to come back, me and my friends love the mini games!
I got hacked on Animal Jam Play Wild and my items that I worked EXTREMELY hard for were all gone. I literally ended up quitting because of that. Some of the items were: Cami's frog, Cami's Phrog, galaxy wings, black spiked collar, and a masterpiece that was absolutely beautiful
I almost quit animal jam a few weeks ago because i got scammed and the only reason why i started to play this game is because of my friend (sadly she hasn't played in quite a few years until a few days ago she reconected) But i feel like quitting this toxic comunity.
What happened? Look no further than the toxic community AN has become. My daughter was scammed out of most of her rares by someone who pretended to be her friend over time then moved in for the scam! When contacting AJHQ they did nothing. The site quickly became a not kid friendly place. The site stopped being recommended by her school. By the way she was 6 at the time. Because of their experience she quit playing and has not wanted to play again. Not all who play are this way but I would say at that time it was 90% that were this way. I am glad that some of you had a great experience with AJ but understand AJ became something filled with scammers, bullies and had inappropriate content in chat. Not kid friendly at all! Again AJHQ did next to nothing to combat the problem. So why would I keep paying for a membership fees so the abuse could continue? No thanks AJHQ. So sad to see something that could have been great so mismanaged.

I quit animal jam because it had logged me out and when I put in my info it said it wasn’t valid and I had a lot of really good stuff there (well, stuff that mattered to me) and I wasn’t able to play anymore so I quit. The same thing happened to my sister, but she created a new account. I was too mad to make a new account and I still hold a grudge.
When i used to ask my friends if they play animal jam they would go "omg yes whats your username :o" and now i just dont even ask anyone anymore bc this is is a game directed at 12 year olds and i am im high school and im not trying to get made fun of
it makes me feel so bad that i have to make peace with the fact that a great game i've been playing for years is slowly dying :(
I can confirm the grooming bit, after geographic left I could recall getting groomed at least three times and I literally had to idea what was going on 💀 I even got suspended for being inappropriate when I was just a squirt not knowing what I was even doing
I remember in 2019 I was a nervous kid and I got the courage to talk to some people i thought we cool eg. red flower crown, broken heart earrings, blackout spike, etc. So I went to talk to them, we were having a nice time, and then I said I was gonna go get a pie and I never left the game and I ran to get my pie and I checked the chat and they were saying stuff like, “i get we’re cool but why is she talking to us”, “she’s not even funny”, “i feel like she’s a 10 year old tbh..” and I lost all my courage and I have not grown in buddies/friends as much through 2 years, as I was scared of embarrassing myself. a year later I was on a cruise for 2 weeks so I had no internet and I lost 18 friends. The community can be kinda toxic sometimes and it sucks :((
it's because of adults still playing the game rather than other children: the TRUH IS parents feel UNSAFE having their children play with adults who still play a children's game. that means they could be a bad influence, or worse (child predator). although i know a lot of people who are older dont feel this way, there is those people that are predators, or bad influences, and play animal jam.
Hey there! So as an 2014-2015 player ill drop my opinion here.
So basically I grew up with aj and tbh its dissapointing to see how aj turned out, wht updates came, how community became. Ppl became so toxic and all, only wanting rares and all. Updates got lazier, and ajhq got CRAZY over money. Overall the downfall is their fault but a bit fault goes to the community aswell.
It's because:
1. Too many arctic wolves
2. Toxic
3. Some dumbass with more rare items.
4. AJ turns themselves into a "Pet" jam.
5. Cheap design
It happened a very long time ago, but I still would like to say it, ok so- I had this glider for a while now and I loved it, it was my Fav pet, then somebody starting trading me for no reason, and saying if I didn't add them or give my glider they would block me- then everyone started coming after me bout that and like 30 ppl blocked me, I was so shocked, like what did I even do? Then I told them, and I never heard back from any of em, but like geez, why did that person start a whole fight just for a glider?

And we are buddies I really didn't want someone to leave so I gave them some items. AJ needs to make there security better that's 50% why jammers are quitting the other 50% is toxic jammers and community it really bad to see AJ like this. I remember when it was PACKED with jammers now there's not as much. It's still kinda popular but not a it use to be : (
I used to play animal jam so much when I was younger, and I was forced to quit when animal jam made play wild the only non downloadable version on computer. I have such amazing and vivid memories from animal jam and now i can’t even play it without having to download it to my computer. #bringanimaljamclassicback
I used to be an Animal Jam classic (Pc) player, but I stopped playing because most items and animals were membership only.
I've played AJPW for way longer than classic because there were barely any membership items and all the animals could be bought by anyone.
The only reason I quit was because they started adding member only items and I was scared that ajpw will be the same as classic.
This could be the reason as to why a lot of jammers are quitting, not saying that it is why tho.

I love animal jam and I cant believe that people are leaving it even though I get how they grow out of it.When i herd abaut it from my close friend and we promised never to uninstall it then we invite a nother good friend. I started at the age abaut 7 and now I'm welll only 9. But me and my friends love this game it's crazy to think how long aj has been working and animated. I love there new updates. But animal jam like you sead is going down hill and I'm a little worried that aj is not going to be able to keep going. But I'm still going to keep playing and routing for aj! Keep going

I grew up on animal jam, school was tough and very draining for me then and even though I was rather "Cringy" It helped me alot. It's sad that it's community is dying, but most of the jambassadors are In college now.

The community is actually barely toxic at all. People are only looking at the bad. Most games have WAY MORE TOXICITY. Such as roblox. Everyone is 100% focused on the very little bad, and nobody looks at the good. The people who keep saying Animal Jam is toxic are the real toxic ones here. Animal jam is a disliked game for some reason, and there are liked games that have AWFUL COMMUNITIES. The liked games don’t get acknowledged for the toxic communities, but Animal Jam does. And it’s not even toxic. Think about it this way: It’s toxic to not look at any positivity.
