Insulin is to be given: insulin should not be missed even if the patient is NPO or having extreme stress. Infact in extreme stress conditions insulin dose is increased by doctors.
Firstly i will give check the blood glucose level than in results is high level of glucose in blood... Than after we administrated the insulin before Surgerical procuder...
Yes, we’ll give insulin to the patient
Yes we will give insulin before surgery, according to sugar level due to stress sugar level may increase
Depends upon patient bgl level and we can give short acting insulin’s in morning type with closely monitoring rbs level
@@user-hy9sm5le8r 👍👍
Yes insulin administration ( not rapid acting)
Firstly I’ll check blood glucose level then I’ll start neutralising drip with plain insulin according to RBS as patient is NPO
First we check the blood glucose level and then according to results we decide how much insulin administered before surgery
Insulin always given whether pt eat or not now pt have a surgery so it is important to give the patient
I will not the insulin to the NPO patient who will undergo into surgery
Firstly check glucose level and administer insulin
I think yes we give insuline .....
No insulin before surgery
We give insulin with dextrose neutralise kar k dena ha
Insulin is given
firstly I will check the glucose level then give the insulin
